For a smooth variety of music in Melbourne, recommended to listen is to Gold 104.3 and Smooth 91.5; these stations play the old mix format from the 70s onwards.

The station is now KIIS FM, a Top 40/CHR format. This used to be the adult contemporary formatted TTFM and Mix 101.1. During the years of the Mix FM branding, previous slogans were “Melbourne. Feel Good”, “Melbourne’s Fresh Mix (2010 - playlist resembles the more current KIIS), “Melbourne’s Best Music Mix” and “The Widest Variety from 2K to Today (2013-2014), with love songs during the night hours.
