@@nedrostram2360 that is true which is why this series deserves even more respect. Can you think of any other show that got better with age? There are a few but none that have lasted decades.
Where Chewbacca defense fails is in the fact that He lives on the Millennium Falcon, and not the forest moon of Endor. If the other lawyer doesn't know his Star Wars, then what else doesn't he know about?
All but 1 time. In the Movie I think, before he's lifted up to Heaven,he pulls his parka hood down. I remember thinking, wow, he's nothing like I thought Kenny would look like. Blonde, and a good looking kid.
To me, the Romanian quintuplets/Elian Gonzalez incident is the gold standard. I remember watching the original teaser ad, which was just about the quints being creepy. The raid to get Elian back occurred on a Sunday, and the episode was reworked completely by the time it aired in THREE days. That is unheard of in the industry, and the people at South Park keep it up to this day.
The Somalians Pirates/Navy SEALS episode was, I'm pretty sure, aired one day after the Captain Philips hostage situation ended and that caught me by surprise.

Like the video game Chase The Dragon, "You'll never catch the dragon...." meaning you'll always lose, but the addicts keep trying. (My brother ruined his life from Cocaine abuse, refusing to hear people's warnings, so this is right on.) The other fave was the parody of Lord of the Ring, using an X Rated video tape they have to return to the store that night. The parody's were so right on, and they covered the whole story line in one half hour episode, rather than the brain draining 9 hour original. (I'm not going to see THAT version a second time, but I do love South Parks take on it.) You go South Park!

@@Dovah_Slayer I do agree with you. I'm fine with owning guns. Hunting, protection what have you AR's absolutely not. I just think there should be stricter regulations and a more extensive background check when purchasing one and definitely not making it's way into the hands of juveniles. Irresponsible gun owners and handlers are what ruined things not the guns themselves. As a parent my ex husband owned many guns kept locked in a cabinet where he had the key on him so our children could never have access plus they were educated on guns and responsibilities and yes what can happen should a child get their hands on one. Such as accidentally shooting themselves another person or intentionally shooting someone else due to lack of emotion regulations at that age. So yes I still agree with you
I'm not an SJW or whatever we wanna label that today. I'm more a logical, intellectual being with common sense. I play all sides and no sides. On gun control I honestly think it falls to the parents and gunshops to keep guns out of at risk individuals gunshops need to have a psychological exam before you can buy a gun and parents need to keep an eye on their kids
Yessssssss yes yes yes
@@berlyngrey9242 glad someone agrees but will you still agree if I say I don't think guns should be further restricted in the US like the types of guns you can buy I understand no one needs an assault rifle but taking away all the guns won't protect the citizens new York has the strictest gun control and gun violence is highest in that state the exact opposite is Texas Texas only enforces federal gun control laws Texas doesn't have state gun control laws
And my opinion matters to literally no one except myself. As long as I teach my kids good morals, the real world and not the dilluted let's protect them world, where they are free to express their feelings and process them in a healthy manner than my job here on Earth is done
@@stonecodfish2365 I'm perfectly fine with regular every day citizens not owning guns. I personally never owned one and never will and one of my biggest fears is them going to school. That's backwards! A place of learning where they should feel safe and I am terrified of their school becoming another statistic. As stated above I play all sides and no sides. If I got to have a choice I'd take guns away and ppl can cry all they want. I don't have that choice tho.
I'd take my babies and move to Australia if I could. Just have to fear the spiders and fires. Oh and them menaces to society .... KANGA'S lol
People are so shocked south park actually has a decent level of depth.
Yep. Louisiana completely failed in their disaster relief towards their city which they built below sea level.
No mention of the time Chef joined a cult? Because that's inspired by real life too.
