I loved the live action guinea pigs. They were so cute especially the ones in the costumes. I also thought the parody of zombie movies with the homeless people was pretty spot on commentary.
BILLY MAYS HERE DO YOU EVER HAVE CHIPOTLE AND SHIT BLOOD AND GET YOUR UNDERWEAR ALL BLOODY WELL I HAVE ANOTHER PRODUCT CALLED CHIPOTLAWAY JUST ONE SPLASH AND THE BLOOD IS GONE
The actual Pet Sematary episode was the episode “Marjorine” Where he actually tells Stephen not to Bury Butters in the pet cemetery and he does. But he does appear in a lot of episodes but that’s the episode that is total Pet Sematary
"The sixth sense" was referenced twice. Yes, one was with the kids ignoring Cartman, but the other was when Ike saw dead celebrities (especially Billy Maise, who I never even heard of before watching this episode)
@@NotMeNaNaNa yeah, I rarely saw South Park on TV, and when I did, it was not in the US. So the occasional solely American references would usually fly over my head
Wait a minute,Dr. Mephisto is basically a hybrid of Dr. Moreau from The Island of Dr. Moreau and John Hammond from Jurassic Park. He should be on this list!
My favorite parody is " The Shining" where Jack Torance gets frozen at the end of the movie. And I like it when he says "HERE'S JOHNNY!!!" Then Jack Torance comes in the bathroom and gets his wife. Sabrina Griffin.
Also the simpsons did a great the shining parody called the shinning with homer as Jack, Willie as the guy who gets axed and Bart as Danny with the “shinning” ability 😏😏
“The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers.” “Night of the Living Homeless.” “HumancentiPad.” “Major Boobage.” “Insheeption.” “D-Yikes.” “Toilet Paper.” “Starvin’ Marvin.” “You Have 0 Friends.” TEN of my 25 most favorite ‘South Park’ episodes! 😁
I watch the Simpsons but hardly ever any of South Park really only the ones that feature video games or something that interests me, I had no idea they had so many movie parodies parodies I definitely want to see: night of the living homeless, humancentipad, major boobage, insheeption, world war Zimmerman a nightmare on face time
My favorite is the spoof of Heavy Metal in "Major Boobage", with a very close second being the spoofs of Poltergeist and Sixth Sense in "Dead Celebrities".
I liked the transient camp in 'Over Logging' that is straight out of 'The Grapes Of Wrath'. "They're little bellies stuck out like a pig bladder. Starved on the internet."
I love how Randy shoots that guy in the head & he’s not even homeless yet. He just started saying change for a storage unit😂 “You shall not paaa”😂 poor jimmy
Theres a lot of movie parodies I never realized were movie parodies, and I watched a lot of classic movies back in the day BUT theres been a few that slipped past me still!
The part about Chef doing a parody of William Wallace from Braveheart is not far off the mark, seeing how in the South Park lore Chef has Scottish ancestry, or at least his parents live there 🤔...
Fun fact: It took the creators 8 weeks to make the Major Boobage episode 13:29 I also watched Heavy Metal after watching this episode of South Park and yeah, it was cool and insane.
For me it's between "Good Times with Weapons", but that's is edged out by "Make love, not Warcraft". I'm shocked that there's not even an honorable mention for either of them...
The one when Cartman thinks he's a ghost is mostly a parody of Invisible, a swedish film that got an U.S. remake after this episode had aired. But it has some references to sixth sense too.
What about Raiders of the Lost Ark from the episode: Free Hat ? Not only it's funny. But it's also has a good message about the mistreatment of the copyright materials from their respected creators.
#10 Was a combination of a parody of Scarface and Blow. The scene that was showed as an example is a scene taken directly from Blow with Johnny Depp. That movie was so good.
The better reference to pet cemetery is when butters fakes his death and his dad buries his fake remains and he comes back and they think he’s a zombie
Man I love film parodies some of my favourites parodies are in the Simpsons Halloween horror episodes such as: the Lego movie, nightmare on elm street, the shining and the omega man
Also while I totally agree with #1 I think Fatbeard belongs on this list where Cartman thinks he’s gonna be Pirates of the Caribbean but sees the reality of modern piracy. Probably my favorite episode along with Make Love Not Warcraft.
Oh really? I love they live may have to watch that parody at some point, always loved how long and out of nowhere the fight is and whole idea of the glasses showing the reality of the world and hidden aliens walking around - oh and of course one of the most legendary lines in movie history: “I’ve come to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I’m all out of gum 😎😎
My personal favorite was when South Park did a parody of Star Wars, featuring Sally Struthers as Jabba the Hutt and recreating the scene where Han Solo gets frozen in carbonite and instead replacing him with Kenny.
I thought they were talking about that early 2000’s movie, where this kid is seeing dead people but dosen’t freak out. And since he can see dead people he has to deal with bullies.
#9s insheepstions reference when Randy's a butterfly A lot of people missed that there's a theory or philosophy rather that life is just the dream of a butterfly by chuang tsu....just a lil catch
You got the 6th sense reference wrong. season 13 episode 8 when ike reveals he sees dead celebrities is a direct reference to that scene with Osment and Id call them an homage rather than a parody

chhhaaange do yoy have change. I need some change.
The better comp for the sixth sense is the episode literally called “I see dead celebrities”
It’s actually just “Dead Celebrities”
And you’re right. I think it’s better.
BILLY MAIZE HERE. 😆
BILLY MAYS HERE DO YOU EVER HAVE CHIPOTLE AND SHIT BLOOD AND GET YOUR UNDERWEAR ALL BLOODY WELL I HAVE ANOTHER PRODUCT CALLED CHIPOTLAWAY JUST ONE SPLASH AND THE BLOOD IS GONE

I dont know what theyre talking about! It was a fake death!
"The sixth sense" was referenced twice. Yes, one was with the kids ignoring Cartman, but the other was when Ike saw dead celebrities (especially Billy Maise, who I never even heard of before watching this episode)
Was just about to make the same comment
"Hi! Billy Mays here to introduce the new country handy pillow. Are you tired of sitting in limbo? Lost somewhere between planes of existence?" 🤣😂
How did you not hear of Billy Mays? His commercials literally aired all the time on basic cable late at night, ie when South Park airs.

I loved “Medicinal Fried Chicken”. Loved how Colonel Sanders was made into Alejandro Sosa and all those Scarface references.
LOVE THESE SOUTH PARK VIDEOS! KEEP EM COMING
They already did in good boys
@@christiandmayfield5642South Park should parody of Kung Fu Panda & How To Train Your Dragon.
I laughed so hard in S12 Ep5 , the way they made fun of Stand and Deliver was perfect.
The Randy Blockbuster episode even follows the book ending with the Blockbuster burning down.
Still waiting for a movie to parody South Park itself😂😂😂
They did Terrance and Phillip lol
It’s always funny when south park does movie references
When I first saw The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring of the Two. towers, I said “of course Butters would be like Gollum”
Can we have the top 10 Best Kyle Brofloski’s moments in South Park?
Gotta love these movie references. 🙂
Why do you say that?
Change, does anybody have change hahahah. The scarface one was my favorite....Meow
My favorite is the spoof of Heavy Metal in "Major Boobage", with a very close second being the spoofs of Poltergeist and Sixth Sense in "Dead Celebrities".
"Hi! Billy Mays here to introduce the new country handy pillow. Are you tired of sitting in limbo? Lost somewhere between planes of existence?" 🤣😂
Yeah I love movie parodies would love to see parodies of: the gremlins, big, back to the future, idiocracy, Jurassic park
The Death of Eric Cartman is actually my favorite episode, it is hilarious. Casa Bonita!
You forgot the 3 BLACK FRIDAY episodes (Game of Thrones), That one was the best for me. Nice picks though!
He didn't. GOT is not a movie.
Love that Barbra Streisand Spooky Vision!😂😂😂
19:15 LOL ! I didn't laugh anywhere else. Well done, South park and WM.
Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society also references Silence of the Lambs. "Put the lotion in the basket!" Another funny episode!

The part about Chef doing a parody of William Wallace from Braveheart is not far off the mark, seeing how in the South Park lore Chef has Scottish ancestry, or at least his parents live there 🤔...
My favorite one is the Heavy Metal parody with good hand drawn animation and rock music.
The choice of music behind the narration, which sounds like he believes 0% of what’s being said, is a heinous combo.
Thanks for giving me my show ideas for the evening.
Love the South Park videos, keep'em coming lml
I must not have seen a few of these, but my favorite is Heavy Metal. It even used the theme song
Fun fact: It took the creators 8 weeks to make the Major Boobage episode
13:29 I also watched Heavy Metal after watching this episode of South Park and yeah, it was cool and insane.
This WatchMojo list has me so startled 😱
The Sixth Sense parody was also a parody of the movie Ghost. Butters was the character that Whoopi Goldberg played.
For me it's between "Good Times with Weapons", but that's is edged out by "Make love, not Warcraft". I'm shocked that there's not even an honorable mention for either of them...
Probably because they just focused on parodies of films.
The one when Cartman thinks he's a ghost is mostly a parody of Invisible, a swedish film that got an U.S. remake after this episode had aired.
But it has some references to sixth sense too.
"FU*K YOU BRAD PITT!" gets busting my gut every single time. And the Heavy Metal episode is my one just due to the nod of my favorite movie.
What about Raiders of the Lost Ark from the episode: Free Hat ? Not only it's funny. But it's also has a good message about the mistreatment of the copyright materials from their respected creators.
THE TRON ONE WAS GOOD!
#10 Was a combination of a parody of Scarface and Blow. The scene that was showed as an example is a scene taken directly from Blow with Johnny Depp. That movie was so good.
Huh? I didn't any Blow references or scenes, looked all Scarface to me but I could be wrong
The better reference to pet cemetery is when butters fakes his death and his dad buries his fake remains and he comes back and they think he’s a zombie
😂🤣😅 when I saw the thumbnail. ✊🏾💯
Actually loved the game of thrones parody
Where is the They Live fight recreated frame by frame by Timmy amd Jimmy!?
Fractured But Whole is a huge Civil War parody and I love it^^
Man I love film parodies some of my favourites parodies are in the Simpsons Halloween horror episodes such as: the Lego movie, nightmare on elm street, the shining and the omega man
You really left out Trapper Keeper.
Terminator, 2001 and Akira spoofed all in one episode.
Sounds cool
Wow, not even an honorable mention of a shot for shot remake of the fight from They Live between Timmy and Jimmy…
Or snatch when wendy and Cartman are fighting
@@christiandmayfield5642 ah yes or Poltergeist when Cartman fights the little person.

My Favorite is the Shining Parody!
I love how randy has become one of if not the main character he's the new cartman lol I loved the game of thrones one the best
i was surprised to not see the children of the corn episode on this list "The Wacky Molestation Adventure"
For #5 you should’ve mentioned they used apple because they actually had something about nuclear weapons in their agreement for a short time lol
How could you forget the Armageddon parody, to get rid of all the hippies in South Park?!
nooo you missed my favourite episode themed around the wizard of oz
That sounds good, what was the episode?
My god south park is such a funny show
The 'Marjorine' episode hands down had more references to Pet Semetary than 'Spooky Fish'
YES SOUTH PARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn, the tron Facebook looking like the MetaVerse
Which one of these parodies do you think is the best?
A clockwork orange!!
The better 6th sense reference is when Ike can see dead celebrities
There was also "A History Channel Thanksgiving," which parodied Thor.
Who else LOVES WatchMojo's content? ❤️❤️❤️
Not I
Very addictive....
If the boys were nicer to Butters, they might have taught Eric a lesson
No stand and deliver? That’s my favorite one mr cartmanez was hilarious
“Dead Celebrities” also parodies The Six Sense
New sub! Liked 🙏😀
Their parody of the shining was a masterpiece
So was the Simpsons one 😉
I think its hilarious how 2 or 3 days after something happens southpark airs an episode pointing out how ridiculous it is ..
South Park has more references for movies/films than Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and that's saying something.
I love these episodes even more now I know the references lol.
Good work on your new top 10 South Park list video, WatchMojo.

the cloverfield parody on south park is the funniest

I like that one that did the thing from that movie.
Cool video
Josh sounds exactly like Gregory
Tj Watson and becky dolove are both fans of south park
I never know that the movie "Sixth Sense" inspired the episode "The Death of Eric Cartman"
Could've had Dune as an honorable mention. Can't watch that movie without thinking about microbiomes & Tom Brady's poop.
Stand And deliver was my favorite
The best reference is to clockwork orange in season 14
"What do you want from McDonalds?"
"Chicken Nuggets." That's my favorite part.
