This device has so much potential, with all the connectivity it offers. But they do have to work on it, because your demo gives the feeling that they rushed out a product which is not mature. If they adopt the attitude from Yololive or Osee, then there would be hope that it can become a good device. But the savings they have done on omitting the touchscreen, is unforgivable at that price point. Hopefully there will be a V2 of this device, because I am really looking for a device like this, which integrates a nice PTZ controller.

I am not an expert on this mixer, as there just too many mixers out there these days to be a master at all of them. I did find out later I can customize the audio button colors, etc. But the touchscreen - yeah, the menu would be so much faster with a touchscreen.
And I still don't know how the PTZ controls for overlay placement worked an hour before show, and what I wasn't doing right during the show to have them work.

As always, it depends on what you need it to do.
Do you need 10 different preset scenes / supersources? Then this one.
Do you want a smaller device with SDI? Then GoStream Duet.
Your needs determine which one is "better" for you.
