I bought a Seiko 5 Sports watch on March 2024, after one month I found out that it runs 2 to 3 minutes fast. What is the solution,it's an automatic watch.
Mechanical watches are a bit like cars. Service isn't going to indefinitely help that fact that modern movements wear out after a while. Most of the time there is really no point in servicing at all.

I believe GS said same duration of 5-7 years, but again, that’s manufacturer recommendation, I’ve seen many people wait longer and that duration is not indication that the watch will stop working during that time

Keep the crown pushed in and wind clockwise about 40 times, then naturally wear the watch so it also gets power from wearing 👍🏼
