I found your channel by happenstance, I had just finished a run of making fresh sausage and had burst some links during packaging and then used the mince mix to make some sausage rolls following your easy to use instructions. They turned out great even though I am in Texas and did not have access to the same pastry etc. The inspiration that you gave me was invaluable. New to air fryers and pastry but thank you from here in deep south Texas (expat from South Africa but 20 years in my new home.) This new to me meal will be done soon, please keep up doing what you do and ignore the detractors, thank you for sharing.
