Because when I work for collection for jewellery, usually taking pictures with models will take 1 to 2 days, usually they want to finish in 1 day then , editing process, you will edit and send them and it doesn't match brand standard they send it back and you have to do it over again and videos and so on for me personally it take at least 3 week to finish one whole collection

I think there is one core point of discussion we need to definitely have a spotlight on. Did the NJ contact brand deal or deal came to them? I'm not saying we shouldn't trust new articles like the one posted in the description, its just that some of the news articles are written in such a way that brands are still in discussion with artists. So, the main question comes down to "Is it true because articles are posted? or Articles are posted because it is true?". Media is playing on both sides for their clicks. It's just we don't have a concrete way of knowing what happened until any representative gives a statement on it. Regarding the deal, the tweet says "welcome to family Danielle" which suggests that the deal has been finalized or almost finalized. So, it looks like ador lawsuit is not having huge impact on brand deals. But, we can't say that concretely until some more time because they lost one and got one. It's a tie of 1-1 now.

We are now in an era where companies operating globally cannot survive without valuing their idols and employees above all else, and the time has come for the KPOP industry to change as well. I respect New Jeans for having the courage to fight against powerful companies, even if they suffer losses in the short term. It would be reasonable to resolve through litigation whether their egregious conduct constitutes a complete termination of the contract or whether there are conditions attached to the termination.

Because when I work for collection for jewellery, usually taking pictures with models will take 1 to 2 days, usually they want to finish in 1 day then , editing process, you will edit and send them and it doesn't match brand standard they send it back and you have to do it over again and videos and so on for me personally it take at least 3 week to finish one whole collection

I think there is one core point of discussion we need to definitely have a spotlight on.
Did the NJ contact brand deal or deal came to them? I'm not saying we shouldn't trust new articles like the one posted in the description, its just that some of the news articles are written in such a way that brands are still in discussion with artists.
So, the main question comes down to "Is it true because articles are posted? or Articles are posted because it is true?". Media is playing on both sides for their clicks. It's just we don't have a concrete way of knowing what happened until any representative gives a statement on it.
Regarding the deal, the tweet says "welcome to family Danielle" which suggests that the deal has been finalized or almost finalized. So, it looks like ador lawsuit is not having huge impact on brand deals. But, we can't say that concretely until some more time because they lost one and got one. It's a tie of 1-1 now.
The brand did not know the situation because the negotiate with New Jeans manager who is ADOR's employee. So they though the manager reported to ADOR which is not. In this case, the manager want the benefit for him/her self.
