This is one of those WILTY segments that I wish I could erase from my memory so that I could watch it again fresh. The first time I watched this, I laughed so hard that I thought I was going to suffocate. Lee Mack is a master of his craft.
My absolute favourite scene is where he's explaining the key ring, and the key from his grandfather was passed on to his father, and to his father's father, etc. LOL
I love the reaction of everyone with the final summary of the story. I'm between Micky and Claudia's reaction, laughing maniacally and drying my tears hahah. Lee is amazing
The only thing he said that make me think it was a lie *for sure* was the PBU bit. Even the wall safe I could almost believe is something he would do, even if I didn't believe it entirely.

I’ve seen it a few times 😊 one of the advantages of getting old 😊 I forget easily 😂
Unfortunately your brain insisted on hanging a tag saying "PBU" on those synapses.

Lee's story is so convoluted that I DO forget most of it anyway.
A big W for me I guess😅

"The place for bins..... you!" is iconic
"Bolt!" -- "I wish I could." Mack speed.
‘He gave it to his father … his father gave it to his father’ ‘so he passed it on backwards in time?’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
'Bolt, Bolt'.. Yes, I wish I could.
Unreal fast wit! He's too good!!!! I love him!
It's good, but he did set it up for himself
"That is to the... side passage" is my all time favorite moment

How he comes up with these lines so quickly amazes me.
He's a legend no doubt about it 🤣
0:45 the little voice crack gets me every time 😂
He and David both knew he was fucked lol
One of the best bits of WILTY ever.
Lol @ David's shit eating grin at the start
As soon as he got the keys out I knew it was a lie. 😂
David would have noticed that remarkable set of keys on day one he met Lee if it was truth.
The face he makes after saying side passage always kills me
Move the eyeballs 😂
This is one of Lee Mack's finest hours on WILTO
The only thing he said that make me think it was a lie *for sure* was the PBU bit. Even the wall safe I could almost believe is something he would do, even if I didn't believe it entirely.
Posession: These are my glasses that I wear every day: They are a prescription pair 👓
04:28 My grandfather gave it to his father, then his father gave it to his fath😂😂😂
Looks like Benjamin Lee Buttons has the the key now😂😂
Mack and keys
WE NEED SERIES 18
The funniest part is im pretty sure somewhere we have a key for one of the shakin stevens houses. My mums uncle was a member of the band for a while
It's a painting of the safe.
GIFT TO MANKIND, that's what Lee Mack is!
I love that Lee totally improvises a brilliant satire of middle class households in as little 6 minutes here
The idea of the safe being behind a picture of a safe... isn't that in one of the Wallace and Gromit films?
Place for bins, u.

You can pinpoint the exact moment this was very obviously a lie.
You mean right from the start?
Why can’t they have one of his stories be true for a change.
He's run out years ago
Funniest story ever was him breaking his wife's terracotta pot for roasting chickens....and it was true.
While I will always appreciate the quick wit he consistently displays; I’ve almost never found Lee Mack to be funny.
His live shows aren't very good, he's much more suited to improv style shows like this in my opinion
This is the key to the safe, but it's never fitted. Maybe it's not for the safe then? 😂
