    Very fascinating and valuable information ,Is it safe to carry out slow jogging daily for a senior citizen (60 +) If his fitness level is OK ?

      hi, great question, I am 66 years old, and I do 3 times a week strength training, (30 minutes) and 4 times a week slow jogging, and my fitness level is good, some people can do less, some can do SJ more days, all depends on personal fitness level. hope this helps.
