- I drove the car at an average speed of 80-100. Went with 3 people in car came back with 4 people in car.
Went half way with AC on, then turned the windows down in the evening.
When coming back kept the AC on the complete way at speed 1 temperature 24 degrees.
Drove majorly in Eco mode. In normal n sports mode the only difference you could feel in driving is the pickup thrust n response of the car when you press the accelerator pedal.
Well all of this defines your driving pattern to an extent which eventually impacts the fuel efficiency of your car.
Drive safe. Wear seat belt. Don't drink n drive.

Mjhe b deti h bhai kbhi kbhi. Ek to inka digital app system Jo h wo accurate data ni dikhata. To tank full krake km usage check kro. Iska eco mode bhi kch khas kaam nhi krta.
For better average make sure ki acceleration & braking gradual ho, instant nahi. Dusra tyre pressure maintain kro 36 ka. 80-90-100 maintain kro highway pr. N ye city car H hi nhi bhai. Fuel efficiency bohot zada nhi aaegi. Pr Haan first service k baad thoda farq aaega. Jaise 10 de rhi h to 11.5-12 de degi.

@@makkar1610 got extremely confused with average because some are saying it will only provide 4-5 kmpl in city and 8-9 on highway. This uncertainty in average is only holding me back from buying it.
@shreyansjain4593 look for a 7 seater in petrol u couldn't expect more. But I can promise. I've never received 4-5. 6-8 in city N 10-12 on highway. It's a turbo petrol engine with automatic transmission.

@shreyansjain4593 in that case you could expect a lil. Better. I've even got 13-14 kmpl on highway. N the highest I received was 16.6 kmpl on a 100 km distance.

@@makkar1610 city avg in Delhi traffic is 9.6-10.4kmpl on an avg. without traffic it gives 13kmpl which is really great. Plus the drive experience is really smooth

Depends upon ur requirement. If u need a 5 seater with better fuel efficiency go for seltos. If u need a 6 or 7 seater go for Hector. If fuel isn't a problem go for Hector.
Petrol mannual or diesel mannual?which to choose we only use car for long drives monthly once. Please suggest.
What city or state ur in?
Well look for fuel prices otherwise i feel car price would be somewhat similar. Bt yeah i guess diesel has a 2.0L engine n Petrol has 1.5L. So there could be variations in terms of power. Fuel efficiency obviously would be better in case of diesel.

bro which is good to buy XUV 700 or hector. we want a good family car. driving kabhi jada hota he toh kabhi kam.
Both cars are market leaders. Both are safe ncap 5. Hector has more features n better interiors. One of the major reason y i suggest hector is xuv 700 has a waiting for over a year whereas hector is available within a month. Also hector plus 7 seater is cheaper than xuv 700 ax7

What was the mileage other than the app average ? Calculated using the tank to tank method
It was similar to the app, since I drove in multiple sessions.
He did not check tank to tank so doesn’t make any sense of this video. App is not appropriate

how you are getting this average ? any change in driving style ? my mg hector petrol dct is driven 13K kms but still giving 6 to 8 in city and 10 on highway if i will get the 13-15 kmpl i m way more than happy😊

The DCT system gives low average as opposed to CVT
@adityasambhy DCTs are better for acceleration and gear shifts, while CVTs are better for fuel economy and a smooth driving experience

Btw i drove a 100 km yesterday at 70-80 kmph n i got 16.4 kmpl fuel efficiency. But the trick is that AC was OFF.

@@Rbmnpreact look I would give a big thumbs up as the drive quality features road presence it is all amazing. Only drawback is the fuel efficiency. But yeah like i also mentioned without ac the fuel efficiency is also great for a 7 seater. I've bought Hector plus sharp pro cvt petrol 1.5. Now its upto you what is it that matters to you more.
