Thank you, for another excellent video post. In 1997, I got my first Apple desktop an All-in-One computer 5400 model. Now, each decade my Apple desktop computer collection continues to grow. What, I enjoy watching the most is when you show me something that works using one of my G3, G4, G5, or Intel vintage systems for example: operating systems (Sorbet Leopard, Linux, etc.); internal upgrade cards (CPU upgrades, Cash upgrades, memory upgrades, video capture cards, TV capture cards, etc.); and external devices like the one you highlighted in this video. In addition, I would would love to watch a step by step instructional video on topics like "How do you record a You Tube video?", "How do you edit a simple video using iLife '09?", etc. (smile...smile).
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it! I'll keep those topics in mind, thank you. Hopefully there will be a lot more G3, G4, G5 content on the way. :-)
A setup video? Now you just need the iTunes library and a big stereo system here! Gotta have those late night parties! But actually it looks quite nice, that switch is definitely worth it. I know how it can be when setting up multiple machines. I have a bunch of keyboards and I tend to use a spare or wireless mouse, it’s always changing around though. Looks like this is a great area for these machines. Great video!
What can i say except: Lovely! The G4 with the Normal iMac is just… Mhm! Also, don‘t stress yourself with videos! Quality is over Quantity! Keep on chugging! ;)
Nifty little gadget that usb port. I have a question if you can help. I would love to use it to switch between my pc and gaming laptop using the same gaming mouse and Keyboard. Do you know if I would expect any latency using that port? Thanks.
Yep, they’re pretty great! I wouldn’t expect any latency that could be noticeable by humans, no! The only latency I believe would come from the literal picoseconds it would take for the electrical signal to travel through a longer route. Should be fine for your needs, including gaming. :-)

Another enjoyable and informative video. Love the streamline process and backdrop.
Thanks very much, glad you liked it!
Oh I do like talking setups and that sort of thing -- so cool!

Haha yep, that would be fun! 🙂
The KVM is a game-changer, even though I'm not using the 'v' part of it.
Thanks for watching.

@@QuinsTechCorner Same mate. I‘ve got three vids in production hell. 😂
@@EvexiansVideoworks It’s a void innit? 😂😂😂
@@QuinsTechCornerIndeed…. XD
If you were not using that older G4 Mac or if they were all on the same network, I would have suggested using Barrier (open source KVM software).
That’s a good tip, I’ll check it out.
Thanks!
