It was said by Dire in part 1 that the Hamon is maintained for a few moments in living things like flowers and it is said by Straits that it can be transmitted through metal but it needs constant contact, but in part 2 Joseph manages to maintain the Hamon in the clackers and the metal ball he shoots into Wham's chest for some time without touching them.

I think any reasonable person should be able to piece together the events between Episode 1 of Phantom Blood and the final episode of Stone Ocean without any supplementary material. Everything in between is just filler if you look at the grand scheme of it. After all, everyone knows the only nutritional parts of a sandwich is the bread

Vampires in Jojo are pretty different from pop culture vampires, the fact that jojo vampires drink blood from their fingers instead of their fangs is a great example.

I would also argue that Emporio is barely even controlling Weather Report at the moment anyways. He says as he's defeating Pucci that the ability of filling the room with pure oxygen was another ability locked away behind his memories. Were Weather himself there to control his Stand, he probably would be able to manipulate the oxygen in a way as to not affect himself, but obviously Emporio is damaging himself as much as he is Pucci, which is why he then uses whatever control he does have to attack him faster.
I think there was also a mention from Emporio that the effects of Made In Heaven were causing Pucci to be poisoned by the oxygen much faster than he normally should have. Of course I could be wrong about that, and even if that mention is present, I don’t remember if it was specific to Pucci or a universal effect that was hurting both of them.

Another thing about Hiyato writing the first loop off as a dream, not only do we often forget our dreams quickly, but when you do see something similar happen outside of the dream it can produce the same feeling of Deja vu. So any vague memories of the first loop would feel slightly strange at best and still be written off.

The key thing about why Jolyne could only temporarily use Star Platinum's disc was because it rejected her, either because it was far too powerful for her or because something about her made the stand incompatible. Meanwhile, Emporio, in this scene, would have the capability to use Weather Report because he is fully dedicated to killing Pucci in this moment, which would make Weather Report compatible since that was a defining part of Weather's own resolve.
The main reason I wanted to say this is because I don't beleive that tbe idea that "a person can only have one stand via the stand disc" is true, as people having more than one stand due to the abilities of other stands has been something that is known to be capable of happening since Cheap Trick. However, people have a limit to the amount of stand power of which they can have at a time. One of the main reasons that I beleives Star Platinum was placed with the disc's inside the tire, which to me seemed like disc's which Pucci didn't really care about, was because using Star Platinum required a high amount of stand potential due to its ability to use the power of The World, which was something that required so much stand energy/will that there was no bother even trying to find someone capable of using it. Then every other stand user that had multiple stands was because one of the stand that they possessed was one of a weaker will... these weaker willed stand being Cheap Trick on Rohan, which was formed because of the users weak will, and the Boiling Water stand, which I also view as a stand formed from a somewhat weak will. Then the case of why Emporio was able to use Weather Report in that final duel against Pucci was due to his greater will which arose from his desire to kill Pucci.
Even before Cheap Trick, we had Anubis.

The Stand automatically activated its effects and even Emporio was affected by the Oxygen attack.
@inazumatan7050 Something funny... When I first learned about this, I was shocked... because that felt like something I should have remembered... like I've seen the anime, and read the manga (at least for the parts not covered by the anime...)
I kinda thought at this point theyd all be stupid, but there were a couple questions (mostly about part 6 admittedly) that I could see someone who had watched the actual show asking. They may be less mockable, but these types of questions actually benefit the community, since they allow people to understand the series better.
On one hand, I agree that cementing genuinely good questions is right. JoJo's can still be somewhat confusing at times, especially the Fate-related shenanigans and the fact that some Stands only work solely from JoJo's specific cosmology. On the OTHER hand, though, stupid crap that we've already covered several times (like Heavy Weather) or really obvious ones that you could solve by just reading the manga (like Johnny OBVIOUSLY using his fingernails in his fights) truly do deserve the mockery for the sheer idiocy and illiteracy to still not get it.
I swear there is a period of time where all the extras had some of the most ridiculous Araki forgots

The betting Dio's soul is so stupid because it implies people who ask that question think you can just bet anything you want instead of things you own or are about to own, like imagine going into a poker game and just going "yeah I bet the fucking Andromeda galaxy"

From personal experience this is true: twice for me...
...the first time I was so drunk I don't remember kicking a womaniser at a party in the balls after he'd tried to chat up a friend while her husband was standing right next to her, but I do remember curling up on the grass afterwards and trying to sleep right there and then, before some friends carted me off to bed.
The second time I jujitsu'd myself: I was supposed to do a chest kick to the guy who had "grabbed" my right arm but since I am hypermobile it didn't go well. I stepped too far over with my left leg, and when I went to sweep with the right one my balance was so bad my left knee went sideways instead of how it is normally supposed to bend; it was so painful I blanked out the next three seconds.
The next thing I remember I was several metres away on my butt on the floor, instinctively cradling my left wrist. Turns out that I'd slipped out of the grasp of the guy with it being so hot everyone was sweating, and fallen in the direction of my 90 degree knee, landing on my left wrist. The X-Rays were fun as they showed that I'd broken one of my arm bones about an inch from the end, clean across and the doc said it was the neatest break he'd ever seen (so at least I didn't get a compound fracture).
If I screamed I don't remember it.

Not really a forgot moment but something interesting is during the Metallica v King Crimson fight Risotto uses many aspects of iron control, mostly for offensive means, rather then to also also protect himself, even with invisibility Epitaph could still see him. The easiest explanation is Risotto realizing that defense was out of the question after Doppio first punched the rocks.
Yeah, the main thing to consider is that Risotto's metal powers aren't exactly on Magneto-levels. He can only access a relatively small amount of iron with his Stand's limited range, and he was fighting Doppio on a natural cliffside without any big constructs of raw metal (i.e. unlike a city area). Even if Risotto did try to form the surrounding iron into a solid shield or something, it would be a pretty thin shield that wouldn't offer much defense. Especially because, like you said, the arms of Doppio's Stand are clearly strong enough to punch right through.
Doppio couldn't see risotto in the epitaph projection he only saw him a brief second then risotto activate his ability which made him disappear

(Honestly, my guess is that they would need Dio’s consent to bet his soul which he would NEVER do or it wouldn’t be even enough as it would be 3 souls (Polnareff, Joseph, and Dio) vs the souls of 4 (Kakyoin, Jotaro, Holly, and Avdol). Either way, it would have probably just ended the same with D’Arby going insane from the stress)

Informations are processed in the working memory as units of memory that can group together multiple units of information if they're strongly associated with one another. Think about the number "20". You can memorize the digits 2 and 0 or 20 altogether as a chunk.
In this case the reflection triggered Jolyne chunking of information, cause a reflection is "one object" in the real world and this is the association of those multiple units of information

He only uses them when he runs out of his fingernails. Remember that he is paralyzed from the waist down. It would be basically impossible for him to aim with his legs as good as he does with his hands. Also later upgrades of his stand help him overcome the problem of running out of fingernails in the first place
Yeah, not sure if Hamon Beat genuinely misunderstood your question or was just being disingenuous, but that's the one thing I don't like about these videos, he always responds in such a condescending way like "I have no idea why so-and-so came to this conclusion" but often doesn't consider their question was poorly worded or misunderstood.

Let's not forget that during Pucci's battle with Foo Fighters, Whitesnake was actively pushing the water boiling disk into Foo Fighters, theoretically preventing the ejection.
I assumed that Kira gets to remember only the first loop of Bites the Dust because he would never understand the ability otherwise.
But Hayato gets to remember all subsequent loops because stand abilities inherently can't be perfect for the user.
That is also what I always thought. Kira learns about the 1st loop as he activates it (Also shown by how he acted after "using" BTD during the final fight) and the host remembers the resets as they are the trigger now.
Would be interesting to see what (if any) normal humans have advantage in over stand users.

Heavy Weather is probably also something that could also be helped to understand by comparing it as a logical extreme of similar nature to Survivor, just way more noticeable and powerful. Survivor's ability to create electricity is something that causes a natural phenomena because of the body and brain being run by electrical currents, but the SPECIFIC ability of being able to make people unreasonably aggressive and violent that Survivor expresses is where the supernatural element comes into play.
If you were to take people and constantly subject them to a 0.07 volt shock like Survivor, they wouldn't "normally" start fighting to the death, but the Stand takes that impulse and nudges it in that direction. People don't question, "Why does Survivor exclusively make people so aggressive they fight to the death when all it does is subject the targets to an unnoticeable electrical impulse?" because they understand how Survivor actually works due to it being less strange. Heavy Weather's "subliminal message causing a biological change" operates on a similar type of logic.
Come to think of it, Part 6 actually had other foreshadowing for major plot-important Stand mechanics in some of the earlier battles that show that for some of the more esoteric Stands used in that part, Araki often might have a more simple version of a similar effect to explain how they function. Under World is similar in nature to Pucci's Heaven with how the "past" events that were fated to happen must fundamentally occur while the memory is unearthed.
0:58 - There is a creature called the sea squirt, which swims around like a tadpole, then when it's mature it anchors itself to a rock like a barnacle and starts to digest its own brain because it doesn't need one anymore. They're still technically alive, so Kars could have done something like that to himself just to keep from going completely insane.

You know I see these less as "Araki Forgot" videos and more as a way to talk about interesting JoJo titbits.
Also, not only was it aswered, but I would also guess that many competitors like Alt Stroheim were more familiar and therefore better equipped to handle horseback racing. They might also not have seen the use of automobiles since SBR takes place on rather difficult terrain that only horses could handle.
SBR also takes place at 1890, which was when automobiles were, while at a state of practical use, still very much luxury goods and not widely available. It's well known that the first mass-market automobile would be Ford's Model T in 1908. Anyone who would want enter the Steel Ball Run with an automobile would need to already be fairly rich and even if they wanted to increase their wealth it might be generally more convenient to just hire a jockey. If SBR took place in like the 1920s there probably would have been a few more people entering with cars without thinking about the practicality.

I’ve got to admire the continued patience towards people who very clearly just aren’t reading the manga, or even watching the show at all. Some of these comments are ridiculous, sometimes even missing the entire point pf a scene like with pucci and emporio.

Hell yeah a new video these are the best. It amazes me how there seem to be so many jojo fans who have zero reading comprehension or just don’t pay attention…. It would solve so many of their dumb questions I guess a lot of the fan base must be children
Agreed. There are a few genuine questions here and there, but for the most part it looks like the "so-called fAnS" somehow miss basic facts that are DIRECTLY EXPLAINED on the manga pages themselves (like the car driver dropping out in Part 7 or Johnny clearly shown using his fingernails). Or even worse, when HB clearly explains something and yet the "FaNs" somehow still don't get it (because this must be the seventh freaking time that someone found an excuse to be confused by Dio's coffin, smh it is no nowhere near that complicated). Smh.

I'm gonna be real I real all of Part 7 and I never once remembered him using his toenails as bullets. Looking at the images again it's really hard to tell that's happening, so I don't feel bad about missing it.
An interesting topic you could tackle is breaking down why certain stands look and function the way they do (or just general fun facts about them). As for how wild and experimental stands can get, there is usually a logical through line on why they look and work the way they do. Whether it be taking a real world concept to an extreme (like Heavy Weather with subliminal messaging), it tying back to the stand user's past/personality, it just being a concept Araki just wanted to put to page, etc.
Highway Star is a good example, it's main ability to absorb nutrients from others ties into how Yuya got his ability when he was bed ridden and thus he manifested an ability to help him recover faster. It separates into multiple feet ties into how it chases its victims along with-it being subversion of how the stand is literally the footprints it leaves rather than being an invisible stand. Even why the stand tracks people off of scent is a pun on smelly feet/feet smelling taken literally,

20:51 i mentioned this in a reply before commenting this but i'm fairly sure the comment was asking why johnny refrains from using his toenails as bullets after the wired fight. it would make sense for him to be able, since spinning the nails themselves isnt necessarily hindered by his disability, you would think it would be a viable enough option to be done more than once, even before he was able to walk again. this could just be due to the lack of ability to aim the shots but i could also think of many ways it could have benefited johnny in many of his fights outside of just plain shooting the nails.

I actually think Kira guessing that Hayato is on his 4th loop is meant to show that Kira is underestimating Hayato. In Kira's eyes Hayato isn't anywhere near as smart or resourceful enough to come up with a plan that quickly.

This is a lil question I have regarding Part 3. What is the limit t have many stands one stand users could hold (example being Dio using Jonathan's stand)
I'm a bit of a professional on Stands. Could you reword the question for me?
I think you mean "what is the limit to how many Stand's a user could have?" The answer would be one.
Jonathan's body was still somewhat "alive" or sentient, keeping Jonathan's Stand intact. With Dio having the body, he could also take control of Jonathan's Stand.
To my knowledge, ACT Stands are transformations rather than 3 separate Stands all packaged into one user. So Koichi calling on Echoes act 1 and 2 is essentially Echoes switching back to previous forms rather than each entity of Echoes swapping out with each other like a trio.
Colony Stands are one Stand comprised of multiple entities, which means the damage is divided throughout the units.
And some Stands are able to be shared like King Crimson belonging to Diavolo while Doppio gets the arms and Epitaph. Anubis and Cheap Trick are able to switch users.
With all that information given, the fact remains that a person can only have one Stand, but a Stand can evolve into different forms, consist of multiple units, change users, or be shared by 2 souls.
DIO using Jonathan's Stand is a unique case due to DIO being essentially two people at once. His head, obviously, contains his mind and spirit and so has The World, but Jonathan's body is still alive with its own will and Stand that DIO is trying to exert his control over. So the limit is one Stand per person, but DIO is a unique case of being ostensibly two people via his grafting ability.
@@phazerxp339 indeed. One thing I would emphasise is that sub-Stands like Epitaph or Sheer Heart Attack still are original extension of the Stand itself rather than another Stand. Epitaph still is an organic part of King Crimson, same for Killer Queen and they are bound to the 1 Stand per Soul rule so they still are just King Crimson and Killer Queen. It is just that because Diavolo shares his "body" with Doppio, he can lend him at elast a portion of it such as Epitaph or the arms, but they still are Diavolo's Stand King Crimson. It's crazy to me how people misunderstand so much how weather report's ability works and say that araki changed it to turn people to snails when it gets explained a LOT in the manga and in great detail.
And the more you think about that stand the more you realize how absurdly broken it is and how much sense it made for Pucci to remove weather's memories in the first place.

Green Dolphin isn't exactly close to Orlando, as the characters take over an hour to get to Orlando, and Cape Canaveral is about an hour away by car from Orlando(55 miles according to Google maps).
Regarding the snail transformations making sense or not even with the explanation, wasn't the concept of your mind creating actual changes in your body established in-story back with Doppio and Diavolo's physical changes when switching personalities, or Josuke literally blinding himself with rage?
Those changes were more minor like changing your posture or how you are acting or in Josuke's case he simply was too angry to notice Rohan's ability. Meanwhile the snail thing is an incredibly drastic change, mutating a person into a completely separate species just from subliminal messages. Even the examples of effects from subliminal messages were much smaller than what the Stand did. Making you hungry and adverse affects on your body due to stress is TAME compared to literally morphing you into a separate species.
Honestly that ability is one I just really can't take seriously. It doesn't make sense with what is happening unless Araki legit believes that if someone truly thought they were a snail, they'd transform in real life. I recall a comedic video talking about Jojo where the person mentioned how Araki comes up with Stands by reading snapple cap facts and for Stands like that...actually makes it sound legit, like he read a random fact and didn't research how it actually works and just assumed subliminal messages could do anything.
@@MysteriousTomJenkins It's not that he doesn't understand how it works, it's that he takes something that exists in the real world and takes it to the limit to make it fun and bizarre. You CAN influence how your body works purely through believing something (such as placebos easing pain because you believe it's a painkiller), so he just takes that concept and makes it extreme.

Has anyone noticed that Star Platinum Part 6's stats at the end of the anime are exactly the same while in the manga they are weak. Does this mean that the full potential of Jotaro's stand remains the same with a bonus 5 second time stop or is this some kind of adaptation error. I mean I didn't see any difference between Star Platinum at the end of Part 6 and those from part 3, 4 or the beginning of 6 the only difference I saw was the time stop seconds

theres also a somewhat funny theory about this, we see in part one that Dio in fact can breath as a vampire, but also he is an inmortal being, so not breathing wouldnt be a problem, but extremely uncomfortable since you would have this forever feeling of drowning, but technically you couldnt die from it, so thats why Dio in part three, if we see the world from behing, we can notice an oxygen tank, probably hinting how Dio (since its the manifestation of its soul) is atleast just a bit traumatized from the feeling of drowning

I believe he said the reason was josuke doesn’t appreciate his art. So how did it work in the highway star fight? Was it just because Rohan’s abilities improved between the 2 events since I do remember he couldn’t fully manifest heaven’s door during the ghost alley
His ability indeed improves.
At first you actually have to witness his manga panel, but then later he can just write in you without that.
Rohan just thinks that it's because Josuke doesn't appreciate his art, but the real reason is that Josuke is too angry to actually see it for what it is. In the Highway Star fight, he wasn't as mad as he was after Rohan made fun of his hair.
