Never underestimate the skill that the two of you have to work so seamlessly together. That's what separates the workers from the craftspeople. Great job.
These are the women that tales are told about. Like pioneer women or yore that brought the family through with their tenacity and strength. Maybe I'm a little emphatic of my admiration for Jade and Em but look at them slinging logs around and running a sawmill business. I'm moving to Pennsylvania.
Think of how wild it is as organisms & how we use lumber, & trees to construct our lives and habitats. How we just utterly incorporated it into just about every aspect of our existence as a most useful resource of 10 thousand different purposes. We definitely love our trees & lumber.
I like all of your videos, but this is one of my favorites. One gets a little tired of seeing the quick-cuts in the short videos after a while. Thanks girls! Happy New Year! 🙂
Thanks for the real-time video, ladies. Now i have a idea has to how long it takes to do one pass. I hope the Breon family has a great weekend and a happy new year! TTFN
Hello everybody, have an amazing weekend and Happy New Year’s, stay safe and careful on the roads. Don’t drink and drive, take care of each other . We’ll make it through another year, God’s blessings to all of us.
So great to see you two working as a team. The house restoration project represents a great connection between supplier and customer. I assume some of your firewood customers have wood furnaces. You might do a story on those highly efficient heat sources.
Wow! Emerald, Jade, you ladies really got into a production run in this video. I'm certain that a much younger version of myself would have been outclassed by the work of you two. Amazing, just amazing. Hooray for the woodworking women of PA! A logistical question, who moves the camera tripod? A very Happy New Year to everyone. And remember to hug the trees before you cut them. Love that shirt.
watching you cut down those six by eights into four by sixes and watching you dance as you’re running the machine. It’s enjoyable watching you guys work seeing you enjoy it.
You ladies have great work ethic!! I appreciate it. My three kids are workers as well! So many kids today haven’t been taught that. I firmly believe that most are happy being useful. It gives you purpose as well as direction! Great job Mom & Dad. You’ve made REAL Americans.
I am Sure I am not alone! Loved seeing real time cutting of these! Sped up is cool but I have wondered just how long it really took! Thank you Ladies!!!
Great to see giving working with customers. Maybe fallow them back video. Getting them in place. But for now blessing for a Happy New Year and to the YT growing family.
Excellent video. Love the longer watch times. Plus, having both you and Jade in the video is always a plus. You ladies know how to work. The boss must be very proud.
You two work really well together. You both know where to be when you are needed. It’s like watching a well oiled machine. Your mom and dad, and brother I’m sure are be proud. You’re what American hard work is all about!
I just wanted to say I really appreciate watching you guys. You guys remind me back when I was 12 and my first job I had was working at my dad's saw mill. Worked with him till he ended up closing his businesses doors when I was 16. My brother and I have plans to reopen our fathers mill.
Jade looks to me like she got the short end of the stick. She had to work really hard to keep the wood out of the way for the next cut. It still amazes me that neither of you wear gloves. If I were to do that bare handed, I don't even want to think of the splinters that would have to be dug out of my hands. Happy New Year to you all and thanks for sharing your work with us.
Thanks for all the lessons that you and your sister and father and Grandfather taught me in 2023!!!!! I'll see you all on UA-cam in 2024, have a good one..!!!!! 🤠👍
That was so cool. This is why I watch your channel. I'm not so much into the informational videos. I watch your videos just to enjoy the art of turning logs into lumber. More real-time videos please.
Such an FANTASTIC VIDEO, Thank you, I likethe camera best from the front right of the LT40, I would think there wasnt a lot of editing on this video. Now we need a full 20 min video of your dad working, an full 20 min of Mom working and full 20 mins of Judah working. Love your family. Ok an full 20 min video of Granpa working ya all are super fantastic.
My Dad was a timber faller. He worked for Fruit Growers Supply and International Paper cutting sone of the world’s biggest trees in Northern California. He cut mostly Douglas fir, but he also cut western cedar, spruce, sugar, and lodge pole pine. He did cut redwood and sequoia as well. In his younger days he did tree topping and setup cables to move the trees from where they were cut to the landing. In his day, the only machines they used besides a chainsaw was a dozer and a skidder. He loved working in the woods.
Good job, young ladies. It's obvious you have some great mentors. Congratulations to them, and yourselves. Not to mention you're the most glamorous lumberjacks. Be cautious of the world out there, and God bless you and yours now and forever. Amen
Well you Know I would ask... Who is Roxy's delightful four legged companion this video? Another LCLY family dog or visiting from the 1780 Project? 🤩🤔 Awesome job on cutting down the beams and excellent team!
Happy new year LCLY crew. I've enjoyed your videos since the start and learned heaps about milling lumber. Also really enjoy the felling and extraction bits. But most of all grandpa's bbqing is so good, just makes me smile everytime he fires up the grill. Speaking of which.....cheers from Haumoana N Z.
That was a workout you ladies did excellent work. Good to see the business taking care of the customers. Makes good customer relations and makes for a great commercial. Wish you all a happy New Year.
Wanted to wish the entire family a Happy New Year. Best of luck with your new adventures. I enjoy all your videos that explain in detail how a family works together for success.
to ask a simple (?) question. I have a decent amount of white oak on my property. I'm about to build a home and am wondering, (I think) , would it be more of a saving to use it for framing the house(not) or for white oak flooring? (do)
I like the real time format. How do you communicate with all the noise? How did Jade know to adjust the blade tension? As sisters do you have a sense of what the other is thinking just by looking?
Emerald is getting really good at this hosting thing. And prettier as she gets older. Such great kids. Making us all proud to be Americans!
Keep these videos coming, fascinating.Happy new year to all of you and the boss man!! From Wales
Good work Ladies
love Em, Shes my little buddy, Jade and fam too of course, always.
Never underestimate the skill that the two of you have to work so seamlessly together. That's what separates the workers from the craftspeople. Great job.

9 out of 10 on the simp scale...
Thought the same thing as I watched this. So impressive.
Nice to see the rate of cutting real time.
Loved the dancing when cutting if all going well.
Great job.
You all have a great combination of creativity, skill, thoughtful setup, well maintained equipment,, and teamwork. Always an inspiration! Thanks!

You two young ladies are something else in how well you work together and your skill level.
You ladies .I tell you this video is one of the best seeing you both more wide range other than close. Thanks

why is this channel so good, also your voice work is really polished i wonder if you practiced that or if you somehow just have that natural talent.
You girls need to think about a drone with a real sweet 4k camera. The possibilities are endless.
I remembered doing this as a 16yrs old punk who thought I knew everything after a few weeks of hand stacking 8x8×20 I was glad to stay in school lol
I see the dance lessons have paid off.
Happy New Year😊

Love the music. Great choice for this job.
These gals know what they're about, that's for sure. This is a time when most folks their age couldn't even start a lawn mower.
I really enjoyed this longer video . Twenty five minutes went by in a flash watching you guys work.

Awesome job on cutting down the beams and excellent team!
Great job 👏. Happy new year to everyone 🎉🎉
I enjoy the longer videos, but i have an attention span longer then 25 seconds. Great job.
Great video ladies!! 💜
Thanks! Real time is very interesting. More tedious than it looks like when shortened!
For this operation a handy thing would be a remote control that allows you to operate the log lift from a location away from the control board.
Great work, girls! God Bless your lumber yard
You two young ladies are awesome saw Miller's looking forward to 2024 happy new year's.
Happy new year ladies!

This was a good a video, I like the real-time footage.
Because of the fact, you two are sisters and you work together I get the feeling you to do play well with others like little kids would play
I just watched, your sister did all the work. I am sure she knows how to operate the machine by now. Next time you cut 10 and cuts 10. That’s fair
Jade can run the LT-40 but prefers not to so Emerald runs the LT-40 most of the time at least on video.
How do you keep them from checking all to heck? Any time I try storing cants and beams, they split like crazy
Happy New Year Ladies! John
🤠🎆🎇🧨🎉🎊✨
Great Work ! Ladies as usual .
It was funny watching you pray and then cheer as the saw was struggling to make it through the cut. 😊 Keep up the good work.
4 sips of coffee per cut!!! You deserve it ❤
I love how Jade ALWAYS does all the hard work while Emerald just runs the machines and talks to the camera.
I love your videos throughout the year of 2023 . Keep the videos coming girls. Happy New Year .
Your job looks fun!
Happy new year LCLY crew. I've enjoyed your videos since the start and learned heaps about milling lumber. Also really enjoy the felling and extraction bits. Top loader operator. Clearly had some seat time. Delicate, precise, smooooth.
I'm a cabinetmaker , it's so cool to see how the materials I use are made .
They are a helluva team.
You girls are quick!
That was a workout you ladies did excellent work. Good to see the business taking care of the customers. Makes good customer relations and makes for a great commercial. Wish you all a happy New Year.
