You write inspiring, and it's inspiring to me to see young women rocking it in non-traditional trades. Shoutout to Mom, Dad, and family, and to you and your siblings for being remarkable.
Visualising dimensional cuts is quite the art of which the two sisters mastered well. The music goes nicely with the ladies milling video. The beginnings of music video integrated on regular videos that look and sound really good.
That is the way to get the job done!! Ignore the small problems if you can but be sure they get fixed in a reasonable time as well. Keep up the good work!!
Yeah, the Blue Tooth headsets are indeed revolutionary. I recently switched to them from foam ear plugs (unless I am welding, they don't fit under the hood). You can listen to music or a podcast and still get things done.
I must try to visit you I am about 2 and half hours away good luck fixing the mill you two always do a good job as your Dad has mentioned have a good day
You two young ladies can outwork my three boys that are 19 to 25.i guess thats today’s society.its not easy to find someone that wants to put in a hard days work
If I lived closer to this lumber supply, this lifetime carpenter would build something beautiful, the list is endless but go ahead, with their lumber and showcase it,be a big hit on this YT channel with this great audience I believe.
When you use machines they wear out and in my case when I need them most. You will get by and meet your need. At least it's not freezing weather. Just 108 here today. Great job ladies have a great day and thank you.👍♥️♥️

I watch most of your videos and find them most informative in the subject matter and attractive in the quality of the framing, lighting and the beautiful scenery. It dawned upon me today that I have been taking for granted how much effort the family puts into making these videos - coming up with a topic, doing all the camera work, capturing the audio all at that same time as doing the work at the mill. . . And after that work, sitting down, editing and cutting the videos, adding the run-ins and posting them to UA-cam. . while someone is ensuring that all the equipment is maintained and serviced ..ready to go . Great job. Thankyou for sharing and inspiring to appreciate the work that goes into getting a piece of timber onto my workbench!
I've been watching your channel for a while now and love how you and "the boss-dad" do business, the family values! I mydmv believe in you and get a big thumbs up!!👍👍😎😎
LCLY thank you for sharing with folks how the whole log to lumber process happens. I have worked on a sawmill crew and planing mill crew. Hard work thanks for sharing.
Wow 14K views in 3 hours great job ladies!! Thank You for another fantastic video!! Nobody I'd rather be watching mill lumber!!! OBTW great editing as usual!!
Great job ladies..lucky folks that live around you ...they get to buy some primo lumber there...! All we have near me, is big box stores..n most of what ya see there, unless it is just stocked..is stuff that you can make great archery bows out of..but studs n other construction needs not likely!! Keep up the hi standards!!!!! C ya on the next video!! 👍🧙♂️🐺👍
"stuff that you can make great archery bows out of" I know you mean it's bent to ****, but I just want to chime it to say that wood for bowmaking is very specialized and not just 'curvy wood'. Strength is more important than shape. Shape can be induced with how you dry it, or how you steam it, etc.. Strength though, you can't cook that into wood.
@@Biomirth Thank you for your input...I do know how to make bows..n ..what kind of wood I like to use! What I said was to drive home the point of how bowed n twisted the stock lately is at our big box supply houses are!! PERIOD!! Have a good evening! 🧙♂️🐺!
@@greywolfwalking6359 look it up sometime! It's absolutely fascinating. A beginning woodworker can make a bow, but only a really good woodworker can make a good bow, let alone an excellent one. A true art.
I only ask because my dad used to get them cheap for fire wood/making kindling for our stoves. The guy w the mill was great. I often thought about doing it
Time to change places Ladies. WE want to see and hear Jade as well. Great Millin'. Happy Weekend. Party Plans? That 'Push Back Angle' is not centred on the board and seems to bounce too much.
Regarding the board drawback - it seems that it doesn't matter what it is you do, stuff happens - pretty frustrating that it still happening to me after 50 odd years! Great title BTW. Keep up the good work ladies. Cheers 🙂
Like the Springsteen song (The Springer) "She's the One" Its easily Emerald. Jade still looks upset all the time. Maybe that's part of being young these days? Who knows.
A family business can sometimes have an odd dynamic, relating as family members and also as boss and employee. I'd like to see Jade spread her wings a little, maybe do some waitressing on the side or something like that. See the world outside of the mill.
Exceptional! This video gave me a new perspective on sawmilling. The skill displayed in processing these huge logs is amazing. The video quality is top-notch. I'm excited to see what you share next. Continue sharing these amazing videos!

Funny, just yesterday I commented on depth of field in your camera work and today I see that you are using it in this video from four or so months ago. Hush my mouth. Keep up the good work ladies.
