I tried Cetaphil and my experience has not been good. I’ve been gaining more and more acne and I couldn’t find anything to fix it. But then I came across CeraVe. I bought the cleanser and moisturizer and it was a game changer! And fixed my skin my acne was gone in less than a month and now I’m feeling confident going outside to places with feeling insecure. Thank you so much for making these products! I wouldn’t even know what I will be doing if I haven’t came across this brand.

My face broke out 3 weeks ago and i was using Cetaphill and it wasnt working and it actually partly helped my face break out more and i got CeraVe and now currently my face is clear now

Test it first! I use the cerave foaming facial cleanser never had an issue (I also have fairly good skin) but this cleanser I broke out in rashes and had to take a Benadryl to avoid swelling

Hi there, We recommend cleansing in the mornings and evenings and cleansing whenever is best for you. A moisturizer should be used after cleansing.
During or after, I personally prefer after beacuse if you shower with hot water your pores would be a open so it help other products to be absorbed

Normal skin is not too oily or too dry -- it feels balanced.
Dry skin lacks both water and oil, which can lead to an increased likelihood of irritation and a tight, uncomfortable feeling.
Oily skin is characterized by excess sebum, an oil that is produced naturally by the skin. This can lead to enlarged pores, blackheads, pimples and unwanted shine
Combination skin is dry in some areas and oily in others (usually around the nose, chin and forehead).

If you go out, you should wash your face to eliminate all those particles that are in the environment. If you stay home, wash in the morning to remove the saliva that runs in our faces during the night. (Little or a lot) and at night just run water and moisturize.

Hi there, For dry skin, we recommend our Hydrating Facial Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, and Daily Moisturizing Lotion or our Moisturizing Cream. Our Daily Moisturizing Lotion is more lightweight than our Moisturizing Cream. We recommend our lotion for normal to dry skin and our cream for dry to very dry skin. Both are suitable for use on your face and body.

How often are you suppose to use it? I’ve used is morning and night every day for the past couple of weeks. At first I thought it was doing me good, but then sometimes I feel like it’s not. I think this has to do with me using it so often, but if not what other product should I use. [some days this has a slight burn and other days it’s perfect, I’m just confused].

When I use this cleanser, i feel like it’s still on my skin when I have rinsed my face. Unless I’m in the shower. It doesn’t come off with a sink wash. Anyone else have this issue.
