You may believe changing things is tough, but just slight tweaks can work great for your skin. Remember to consume ample water. Have a 1L bottle nearby and aim to complete it. After it's done, top up it and drink another liter. If you can manage more, that's even better! If your skin is extremely dry or oily, try using litlextra riceeberry face wash. Once or twice a day should be good. It has water from black rice which gives a nice glow to skin. Don't overlook to moisturize before going to bed, based on what works best for your skin. Try to squeeze in some exercise, even if it's just 10-15 minutes. If you're busy working, take a brisk walk to the bus stop and back. If you can, use a treadmill. After, rehydrate, revitalize, have breakfast, and begin your day. It is important to stay happy and eat well. Go for foods like daals, spinach, carrot and orange juice, and yogurt. These are everyday foods that can help you feel great. And don't worry if you feel dull during bad weather - it occurs to everybody.
Myself enjoy the riceberry face wash, it's very lovely... It has an enjoyable fragrance, its face wash has a good texture, leaves the face soft and fresh after use, just loved it. Best face wash for dark spots, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone... Face wash for sensitive skin too of my brother... In 15 days I can see the difference on my face... Thanks for this lovely thing.
The CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser is the only cleanser I use on my 61 year old face. It never dries my face and leaves it soft and clean. I did buy a bottle of the Cream to Foam cleanser but didn't care for it as it dried out my face. Thanks for the video!
Well, i used the Cerave Foaming Cleanser, but it really stripped my skin and i have oily skin. I now use the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser which is really gentle and soft to my skin.
Interesting, its sounds like you might not be that oily? I have dry skin but can use the foaming one on some days. If I do use it regularly my fave gets dry. I’m considering to but the hydrating one but I’ve heard it’s leaves a film on the skin? How’s your experience?
You sound like you have dehydrated dry skin, sometimes your skin will secrete a lot of oil because it’s so dehydrated and dry and so you’ll think you’re oily but you’re really not. My skin was the same

Your anecdote about kids with eczema resonates. Showering used to be a nightmare for me because I’d itch so badly, and my mom would shower me again from frustration that improper cleansing was the cause of the itch. Didn’t help that our ped agreed with her lol. Thank God for growing up and seeing my own doctor. 😂

Good, down-to-earth commonsense video. I switched from Cetaphil to CeraVe last October (simply because of a '3 for 2' offer). I was slightly careless and bought the version for normal to oily skin and only twigged this at the weekend. My skin felt slightly dry and I noticed some fine wrinkle, but the latter is prob. just paranoia. Anyway, after just a morning and evening wash with the CeraVe cleanser for normal to dry skin, I can detect the loss of tightness already. There were no instructions on the CeraVe container, only basic information in several languages. For vitamin B3 and Hyaluronic acid in the cleanser, do they have enough time to do their jobs on our skin Doctor? Are they eventually rinsed off completely in just a minute?

I have skin sensitive and redness which cleanser good for me my skin is dry
Hi Dr. Sugai! Love your videos. What do you use to remove sunscreen from your kids’ faces? Would you recommend using the hydrating facial cleanser to remove kids sunscreen? Would the cream to foam be too harsh for their skin? Thanks!
Hello Cynthia! Thanks so much for watching and great q. I use the hydrating cleanser for my kids as it’s very gentle. The cream to foam does have Salicyclic acid which may be too strong for kids. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🤙🤙
