Your videos are a nice escape from the stresses of life, lovely to see someone passionate about their work and able to share it with the world. Nice work bro.
Made your chicken tikka bhuna BIR style, from the chicken tikka to the base gravy and the puree. I even made the pilau rice and wow, were you right. My local takeaway can't match what I tasted tonight. Just amazing and thank you so much. We can all see you have a real passion with whatever it is you are making 👍
Nice mate , over the last couple of years my curry making has excelled at home , Then I've found ur channel and I'm on a new level , All I need is a tandoori oven
Videos are getting better and better, keep up the good work, love watching your videos and learnt so much, will come down to your restaurant some time im based in birmingham.
I like his explanation, really breaks down what needs to be done and also been watching you when you was on like a couple of k subscribers, keep up the good content!
Interesting comment about taste of curries cooked on busy nights, sometimes on a Friday night we think our curry is not quite as good as usual and we always put it down to being a different chef. Maybe same chef but just working the cooking process quicker on busy nights as you said. We learn so much from you thanks. Always a joy when a new video pops up.
Absolute 'MAGIC', Latif the simplicity is the key, I've tried each one of them and they work like magic, although for a novice it may take some practice? I really enjoy all your recipes and the simple way you explain them.
Hi Latif. Any plans to make a book of your recipes either hard copy or ebook. We have several of your recipes including the case gravy and thoroughly enjoyed them as has our family
These curry's you make and the quality and cleanliness look amazing... I live near Bradford and Halifax and the curry in these towns are so flavourful. Kudos Bro x
Jonny Beats Mate, you need to go and eat at a Bangladeshi/Bengali restaurant. The types of restaurants in Bradford or Halifax that aren’t Indian or Bangladeshi I wouldn’t touch any of them. You may want to check the hygiene ratings of the restaurants in Bradford and/or Halifax on the government website: Food Standards Agency. All the zero rated restaurants are of one type! Trust me you don’t want to go to them!
I absolutely love your dishes, but I think it would add so much more to your video if at the end you would put it in a nice serving dish for presentation. Can't wait to try your recipes ❤
hi latif watch all your vids and cooked most of your recipes which were as you say phenomenal lol, tell me my partner bought me a master cook 28cm alumininum pan is it a good one and do i need to season it ,thanks
Nice one Latif, Good simple Bhuna style, best honest demo you’ve done so far. Intense heat and service onions, gives that thick (old fashioned BIR Bhuna) Totally agree on the longer sauce reduction, when cooking at home. Maybe ask your mate Alex to use his zoom and focus a bit more on the pan/curry, Loved you Sylheti Vlog, gave me an insight into what all my Sylheti mates have been talking about for years. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Latif love the videos as always mate, I’ve had a few Iftar meals with my local restaurant (good friends) .. always happy to share their food with me .. always to much they make 😂 .. the food is so diff from BIR 😋 ... chef made a fruit cocktail the other night with sugar and green chillis .. nearly blew my head off haha!!! Hope your enjoying Ramadan and Iftar to? Peace and love inshallah 🤜🏻🤛🏽
Looks good mate. You show it like it's very easy to make. I will try it out myself. Just one question- what can i use instead of the onion based gravy though?
You know, I was watching this and thought that sounds like a stokey accent and at the end you revealed that it was haha I’m in Stoke too and will definitely come down to the restaurant 😊 great videos, I love Indian cuisine and am trying to learn more about foods from different regions. Thanks for the videos mate 😊
Hello, just got into the video, great presentation! Was wondering instead of chicken tikka can I use chicken pieces instead? I am completely new in cooking and I would like to start, thank you!
Fantastic content with very detailed instructions (have a like and subscribe). Would be great to see a few vegetarian dishes (or maybe just some tips to convert some meat based ones to vegetable ones easily). Many thanks!
Thanks so much. The first time I've made a curry at ho,e that looked and tasted like the restaurant ones. I make the vindaloo (BIR gravy) but only used 2 tsp of chilli. I didn't see a korma recipe - any plans to upload one?
Hi Latif. After watching one of your vids with me here, my bro-in-law said he's definitely gonna be heading your way any time soon , as he only lives down the road from you in Nantwich! Myself though, after watching all your vids was thinking....where the heck do you get all your frying pans etc from?? I had to order just ONE, off Amazon to get my cooking done....lol!
Love your content but I thought you could have left out the part where you said about going for a curry in a Monday or a tuesday instead of the weekend as it sounds like you don't get a a good curry over the weekend . Should be the same quality regardless ,,, peace
This is what i needed on my UA-cam. love cooking indian food.. nice to see the way restaurateurs cook them
Every week, I cook your recipes. Youve changed the game for me and my family bro. Thank you. One day I’ll get down to your restaurant 🙏🏻
