My wife and I are working our way through your recipes - every single one has been absolutely delicious! Love love love Latif's Inspired, thank you!
As a massive Indian foodie, I really appreciate these videos. The production quality has vastly improved over the past few months. Great video! Keep it up!
Most Karahi recipes do not use any onion at all! With onions added it is essential just a version of normal chicken curry. Also Karahi chicken usually has black pepper and mustard is not used. Whatever this guy is cooking, it is NOT a Karahi chicken!
I made this yesterday and WOW. It is incredible. I was really surprised at the quality, it is of the standard that I'd expect if I was paying a restraunt to prepare it!
I made some tumeric rice to go with it and found that this paired really well.
Thanks Latif!
Good old English mustard 👍👌 super dish as always
Just cooked this for tea (made the base gravy a couple of weeks ago) - fantastic flavour, just followed the steps and it was great - thanks!
Looks great Latif, will definately give that a go
Just had this one and it was really tasty, a different taste. Thank you Latif for another gem. We should all be very grateful to you, I certainly am. 10/10.
Looks great.
Moved from Maidenhead, Berkshire 12 years ago to Adelaide, Australia. Really missed the British Indian food which you rarely get here. But I’ve been following these recipes and it’s like being back in England again. Easy to follow and get that great taste in your own kitchen. Absolute legend and keep showing us those recipes. Should have your own tv show 👍👍👍
Fantastic cooking
I cooked this last night to your instructions. I must say it was delicious Thanks chief for shearing your skills with us, it really is appreciated
Made this today for me and the wife and it was beautiful just like the restaurants 👍🏻 thanks for your tips. Love your recipes

Looking forward to seeing you and also the chicken Karachi/korahi recipe 😅
gonna make this, this week
Love watching these, it’s seriously improved my curries. Hard to commit to cooking with that much oil though - but I have realised the biggest difference in the taste of my curries is the amount of oil I cook with.
Man I’m hungry now. That looks amazing!
Looks wonderful who would have thought the secret ingredient is Colman's English Mustard ! I bet it tastes gorgeous thank you for sharing your expertise! If you don't already, you should have a TV show!! God bless 😊
Looks absolutely mega!!!
I just made this tonight, using your gravy recipe. Have to say its the best tasting curry i have ever made, and quite possibly better tasting than any restaurants i have had in the past. Also did your pilau rice to accompany it.
Now a subscriber of yours 👍
Your methods and subsequent descriptions are spot on, one of the best UA-cam chef tutorials I've come across, hope to get to your restaurant soon!

I've been thinking about adding prepared mustard to my curries because I don't have access to mustard seeds but I didn't know if it would work. I'm relieved to see that it's not only doable but you think it's a game changer😂. I will definitely try it now, thanks!

This looks absolutely delicious, I have always preferred Lamb when making curries but I need to make this dish, Thankyou Latif and keep the recipes coming.
Latif Bro. That is the business! Thanks for that.
Some great dishes recently man. Loved the tip with sticking Toms in and discarding the skin to make a nice gravy, all the best.
Brilliant chef, easy to understand and follow withou t mistakes at home !
You've killed it mate!

Made this last night its great, Im now making the biryani x
Your videos are excellent thank you very much
I`m watching this and my mouth is just watering away here. I tend to just make a base gravy which my wife loves but I`ve got to try this. I add fennel seeds which gives it a nice taste but I`ve tried red peppers or fresh chilles. I`ll try this tomorrow.
Assalamu alaikum..made the base gravy and came out beautiful..🤤made this dish and we had a feast..felt like eating at an Indian restaurant ☺️ Jazaka'ALLAH so much..
Wa alaikum assalam wa Rahmatullah.
Jazaak’Allahu Khyrun

Gringo
Made this and it is amazing thank you so much!
Well that turned out bloody lovely. Swapped the chicken with Quorn as we’re vegetarian, but mighty impressed. Few more goes and I’ll be saving £100+ and a couple of hour round trips each month.
6:40 the lovely golden crust on the chicken is what the French cook call the Maillard reaction, when protein caramelises and is a form of umami.
SUPER
My usual saturday night latifs curry , but i thought I would check out some other Chicken Karahi recipes...... ERRRR NO it was straight back to Mommy.. unbeatable Latifs every time. 🙃
I absolutely love your videos.. Im Definitely inspired by Latif 😄👍
Bloody delicious...again!
There you go fella another mouth watering dish . Would love to see you do chicken chat with shredded chicken like i used to have as a young lad, cheers
Look at that curry gheiser!
Amazing video to one of my favorite curries
I’ll copy your recipe but without the peppers and onions as I get in pakistaní -Indian restaurants here in the USA
Happy new year chef ,
Greetings from Dallas Texas
Fantastic dish
In my opinion I think I would have stopped before you added the base gravy. Because it looked amazing at that point. I would have covered it and let it simmer until the chicken was breaking apart. that's just me.
Also I definitely want to try the mustard paste instead of mustard seeds or oil.
I have a suggestion if you haven't done it already.
A lot of vegans are using the jack fruit to make curries and BBQ.
Could you do the same please. One as a curry and another as a BBQ dish.
Hmm! Yummy! Delicious! Well explained! You deserve a million likes for this! Good luck!
I wonder at what age Latif started cooking. I wonder when cooking became his passion.
English mustard 🤩😲🤯
👋
Being a Vegan I'm gonna try this with tofu. Thanks a lot..
OMG....i cooked this to precisely to the recipe I didn't have a KARAHI at the time (i did it in a wok....my apologies) it was amazing.....
I made it will some pre cooked chicken I had left. Tasted great just a bit of a kick. I think I’m addicted to ghee now. Thanks.
Made this tonight and currently devouring as I speak. Made exactly to recipe, however I did use a Glasgow-type base gravy, not sure if that makes any difference, but it sure is tasty.
That's not fat, coming out of the chicken, it's saline they pump into meats to make them look bigger.
Really? 🤔🤔😔
@@nawaz3147 Get some bacon from any supermarket and fry it, it'll spill out usually, when it fries it hardens, if that was fat, it wouldn't do that, it'd melt away and only harden when cold.
Yeah he’s right. I eat corn fed organic and none of that crap comes out
@@nawaz3147 yes, supermarket chicken they inject a dextrose solution for flavor but also to increase weight. Chicken breast has virtually n o fat.
Try microwaving the bacon and see the giant puddle off water that comes out...in all actuality as the microwave cooks from inside out this prob the healthiest way to do it all the fat and water comes out and once its in your bread you wont know the difference lol...
England is a beautiful country to live and so many nationalities live there Brits dont like ppl who mess there country asian food are huge there this food brings ppl and cultures together lathif ur northern accent and food looks great buddy .come to Sri lanka one day if u can tc geeza
