    Clickbait:
    34:35 Death penalty issue. Not worth the clickbait headline. Nothing to say he's most notorious in the state. Really says nothing about him or the case.

    The defense attorney on the possible death penalty case looks like she could teach at hogwarts. I love her😊

    I love judge Boyd- a recovered criminal who only had babies once that life was behind me . Always my addiction that caused the shoplifting for me to sell to get money for drugs . I had over 40 convictions , and I guarantee judge Boyd wouldn't have had any faith in me , but the judge from drug court did and she was my sentencing judge and since she sentences me I completed probation and years later wrote her a letter with photos of my family thanking her for saving me.

      It is unfair to say that Judge Boyd would not have had any faith in you., she spends a lot of time rehabilitating people

    Give it to him judge. That long of a probation will be next impossible not to violate. It is what it is sadly.

    The meth dealer? Can you imagine his 14yo son / daughter?

    Pretty sad when your attorney doesn't even know whether or not you plead guilty. The speed at which people's lives are pushed through a courtroom is crazy sometimes. Sometimes it's crazy how slow.

    One thing I have not understood is 120 sober meetings in 120 days. Does that mean they have to spend four months every single day going to a meeting?

    • @heatheryoung9254
      @heatheryoung9254 Місяць тому +4

      Yeah. I used to be a manager for re-entry home and if someone had a dirty drop, they’d have to do 30 meetings in 30 days. They have meetings online now, so it’s a lot easier.

      Meeting are 1 hour long, they have them all throughout the day and online, anyone using drugs spends waaaay more time than 1 hour scoring drugs, meeting the 🔌, stop sniveling, it's not a hardship or difficult😂😂😂

    In what universe is a defendant possibly facing the death penalty not being held in jail without bond?! It's not like the family's rich: he has a public defender (the bad 80s hair lady.)

    Is this another clickbait or did I miss something? If it's clickbait, we need to stop watching these. They don't realize all they have to say is Judge Boyd and we will watch

    I know the public defenders aren't paid much but why wouldn't they advise their clients to dress for court? Respect for the court gets you respect.

    Just to inform the public. Since the Cartel is here in the United States YES they give out free highly addictive drugs. It guarantees they become addicted if they’re not a regular customer.

    Nice that she’s giving the first guy a chance to get his life together but already making it much harder by not letting him live with his mom and save up some money to get his own place and give his mom money!! Plus having your kids around can help keep you focused on doing the right thing. Having down time alone can lead to poor decisions much easier…

    • @SoCali_Surfer
      @SoCali_Surfer Місяць тому +3

      While making it a LOT worse for the kids! What a damn roll model he is! "I wanna be just like my dad!"
      Also, he had been living there and said he did not give any money for his kids! What a loser..... having his mother raise his kids while he's not employed and selling and using drugs. I'm so glad the judge made a point about that, because his mom lets herself be his doormat!

    • @danij5055
      @danij5055 Місяць тому

      This is one of those times where "think of the kids" is VERY applicable. They are of the utmost importance and he is a terrible influence on them in the state he's in. The judge laid out her reasoning very well.

      I am 100 % with her on that one. Children are not there so that adults can find a focus. Children should be able to be carefree. They are not and shouldn't be responsible for their parents wellbeing. It seems that almost every single unemployed person that ends up in that court has children despite not being able to take care of themselves. Children should be surrounded by people who care for them not by people who need being taken care of and who add instability and worries to their life

    Kramer, the woman who is apparently a lawyer, is the lawyer working on the possible death penalty case and on one of the other cases she stands there chewing gum! Doesn't have sparkling reviews on Google either.
