Let me say this again: I understand that there are situations where the ONLY way for some people to play Pokemon Go is to spoof, but remember there are extremely huge downsides to spoofing. With it still happening, the gym battle and PVP system will NEVER be balanced or work properly due to people hacking. Niantic really needs to add more stops and more gyms and for rare spawns to be more common so less people would spoof because a lot of people are forced to(because of their area)and I'm not mad about it or blaming them it's just that Niantic needs to make it for people who aren't in good areas or can't go to good areas for Pokémon GO less boring and less tedious(catching thousands of pidgeys only)

I don't care if people spoof to catch whatever pokemon they want, but when they spoof to steal our hard earned gyms by taking advantage of their high Cp pokemon, I care. I've taken down level 10 gyms solo with 3k+ pokemon inside (Containing 2 or more Blisseys sometimes) with my team of less than 2800 cp pokemons which takes at least 45 minutes. Then spoofers come by and steal the gym after no more than 5 minutes of me claiming it. They hold down gyms for weeks, using their spoofed pokemons to leech off the daily coin bonuses which gives them a further advantage against us loyal players. I think Niantic should BAN spoofing gym battles and leave spoofing for pokemon be. #BlazingValor

I was just wondering as you were talking about gym battles and PvP.. don't you think there should be like stages of a Gym, not like level 10, I mean like 1st stage, anything up to 1000cp, stage 2 1001-2000 and stage 3 2000+ that way it gives new users the chance of taking the first stage of a gym, sorry if this is confusing, great content! I live on a 20 mile island with less than 2500 people on it, yet over 20% of our population plays the game, do you know what Niantic has put here for us ? One poke stop. No gyms...the closest gym for us is a 2 hour ferry trip +30-40 min drive one way. I know of over 100 people here who have emailed Niantic begging for at least a gym, no replies nothing. Yet they still take our money so we can get poke balls. This is why some of us HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO SPOOF , if we want to continue playing the game and be able to play parts of the game everyone else can.
I think it's definitely worked out and I see the difference. The 4 gyms by my house in Culver City no longer are level 10 gyms packed with Dragonites and Rhydons. There's actually more variety in gym winners and Pokemon.
That will take a long time to really kill spoofing. Spoofers can choose not to update their phone's Android version so as to continue spoofing. And on the other hand, Android 7 phones constitute not even 1% of all current Android smartphones, not to say the newer 7.1.2.

Hey Mystic! You should come to Minnesota, preferably the Cites (Minneapolis/St.Paul) Im in a Facebook group for Minnesotans who play Pokémon Go. They post at least 3 rare spawns everyday. I saw a Machamp, a Blissey and Ursaring all in one day! If you were to have a meet and greet there, I would definitely drive all the way there! ☺️
Our town seems to have a couple of notorious spoofers who have bots set up to take over gyms the moment it recognises the gym has been taken over, they don't even seem to spoof manually anymore. They try to spoof raids too, but we froze them out by going private on the group. It's nearly impossible to get a gold badge on a gym in my hometown thanks to the spoofers. Even worse they also seem to have a sister account in a different team so they can manually knock out pokemon to make room for one of theirs to go in.
If Niantic stops spoofing or Joystick whatever I will be definitely quitting Pokémon Go. Pokémon go without Joystick is a terrible game, unless ppl really has no life walking in the cold weather all day long to get to level 40, sadly most level 40 players UA-camr like Reversal so called legit were all cheated，There's more ppl playing the joystick version behind the camera than the original. If Niantic decides to add the in-game Joystick in the shop which create a much better gameplay maby more ppl will quit spoofing.
I'm fine with Joystick but TELEPORTING really shouldn't be allowed. Especially in the Gym community, ppl can just teleport to Another Stats or countries taking down 100 plus gyms if they wanted to.

Dude if anything more people would quit cause then Pokemon Go would have no novelty. The main reason people like the game is because it gets them outside. If you want to catch pokemon from the comfort of your own home, play sun and moon or one of the other main series games, they're much better in that respect. PoGo will merely become a worse version of the main series games if your idea is implemented.
Even if in-game Joystick been added to the game Pokémon Go still has it's own novelty, it Unites all Gen8 Pokémons, or maby more than 8 Gens. That's what I'm looking forward in this game. In-game Joystick doesn't ruin the original game, it's like the controls options in settings. If you don't like in-game Joystick then just turn it off in the settings and switch back to Live GPS mode or something like that.

Totally agreed, the Joystick version has much better game play, more enjoyable than the original. I wish Niantic would add the in-game Joystick tho but not the TELEPORTing, the teleport part is really hurt the Gym community now.
I had a couple of relevant questions I know every serious player would like to know; would you rather save a Pokémon with 75%-80% IV and both the best moves or a Poke with a 95% IV's and neither of the top moves? With so many new Pokes, storage is more relevant If you decide to save one of each gender for babies, one extra of each Poke you'd like for trade-bait etc

Guys I don't spoof and I have every Pokémon but 1.tyranitar 2.blissey 3. All regionals 4. All unubtainable Pokémon including (mew mewtwo..ect) 5. Some Pokémon that need evolution items. 6. If you spoof in to your town just cause you can't get out of your house I get it, but if you can't get out of your house and teleport to a different city or even country it makes it really unfair for people who try to get out and can only go to your town so if you can't get out of your house and you do spoof just spoof in your town, I can get out of my house but where I live is really bad for Pokemon but that doesn't matter to me because I'm experiencing what I actually would catch not what I would catch in America. The other night I was playing and going all over not only my town but the neighboring two towns. In all three areas there were level ten valor gyms and all of the same ten players were in these gyms with tyranitars, dragonites, blissey, every op Pokémon basically. To be fair these are kinda small towns but still my entire area that I play in has what is obviously spoofers loaded into these gyms. Its just unfair, i want to train in gyms but I just cannot beat all of these gyms. Hopefully this gets resolved soon

I understand that spoofing is a big problem and needs to be stopped; however there are very valid reasons why people spoof. I believe that everybody is obliged to do what they want to the app AS LONG as they are not taking down every gym in the world. People work hard on gyms and to teleport to a 3000 cp tyranitar and take down a level 10 gym with hacking is very scummy and annoying.
I 'spoofed' (with an emulator) for about 3 hours during the first month of Pokemon go on a different account. It got pretty boring, so it wasn't a huge loss when I was caught for it. There was no challenge standing in a highly lured area, where dragonairs spawned and rattatas didn't exist.I can definitely see why people would do it, and I feel like it's not a huge issue unless they're taking over gyms and holding them. Second, why is a Mystic Mondays being posted on a Tuesday xD
if you end spoofing, end poketrackers. the fact that someone lives in california and can drive around catching super rare pokemon feels unfair to those living in rural areas. I feel that spoofing is unfair but niantic should have made a better game. Some people including myself have played since the first week of release and have yet to even see some gen 1 pokemon, while people in california go to the beach and catch everything. Blame niantic for making a fun game but one that has horrible gameplay if that makes sense.
Okay this is kind of off topic but about 5 minutes ago I opened up the app and saw a Togetic nearby! I ran as fast as I could to catch it and on the way caught my first ever Cyndaquil!! After successfully catching both of them I walked back to my house and an Alakazam appeared on the nearby...... I was freaking out and the best thing was I caught all of them :D

I don't spoof but I know that people need to. In my case it is very hard to get pokestops and gyms as the closest pokestop Is 2 miles away from me. it frustrates me that people spoof when they don't need to. Hopefully the update does something to end this problem.

There is a way to record your screen on iPhone, I use the AirShou app. You may have to re download it several times as sometimes the certificate is revoked and you have to redownload the app

Our town seems to have a couple of notorious spoofers who have bots set up to take over gyms the moment it recognises the gym has been taken over, they don't even seem to spoof manually anymore. They try to spoof raids too, but we froze them out by going private on the group. It's nearly impossible to get a gold badge on a gym in my hometown thanks to the spoofers. Even worse they also seem to have a sister account in a different team so they can manually knock out pokemon to make room for one of theirs to go in.
I'm going to Boston in 2 weeks so this series was SUPER helpful to planning out my sightseeing trip
If Niantic stops spoofing or Joystick whatever I will be definitely quitting Pokémon Go. Pokémon go without Joystick is a terrible game, unless ppl really has no life walking in the cold weather all day long to get to level 40, sadly most level 40 players UA-camr like Reversal so called legit were all cheated，There's more ppl playing the joystick version behind the camera than the original. If Niantic decides to add the in-game Joystick in the shop which create a much better gameplay maby more ppl will quit spoofing.
I'm fine with Joystick but TELEPORTING really shouldn't be allowed. Especially in the Gym community, ppl can just teleport to Another Stats or countries taking down 100 plus gyms if they wanted to.
If Niantic smart enough to add the in-game Joystick in the shop:
1-Niantic will drag back majority players prevented them downloading from other websites or companies
2.Niantic will make a Hugh profit When majorly players unlocked the in-game Joystick from the shop.
It's a happy ending for both Niantic Company and Players

Dude if anything more people would quit cause then Pokemon Go would have no novelty. The main reason people like the game is because it gets them outside. If you want to catch pokemon from the comfort of your own home, play sun and moon or one of the other main series games, they're much better in that respect. PoGo will merely become a worse version of the main series games if your idea is implemented.
Even if in-game Joystick been added to the game Pokémon Go still has it's own novelty, it Unites all Gen8 Pokémons, or maby more than 8 Gens. That's what I'm looking forward in this game. In-game Joystick doesn't ruin the original game, it's like the controls options in settings. If you don't like in-game Joystick then just turn it off in the settings and switch back to Live GPS mode or something like that.

My opinion on spoofing! Can't stand it! It IS CHEATING! I see all these people saying oh but I can't play unless I spoof or because I'm sick or whatever the case may be.... the truth is and it's not harsh like some say so grow up. Then you don't play! The game is meant to be played outside, discovering the world around you and that's that! If you can't do that then you can't play it... Period! Go play Sunday and Moon or any other if it has to be Pokémon for whatever reason. That's life! Lots of people who aren't being spoiled selfish brats and are being realistic say to themselves well I can't play it because........ whatever reason and so I play this instead and maybe one day I will be able to and I can't wait. I see too many spoiled people sticking up for spoofing because they do it and each have their own excuse as to why and I'm willing to bet more then half are full of it and just justifying it simply because they can. There are so many younger kids who can't even afford a phone let alone a meal for the day and you don't see them complaining about a game because they're grateful for what they do have. You refer to "spoofers" as if they are some kind of society trash. It's not something that you are, but something that you might do here and there. Guess what, not everyone lives in Santa Monica Pier. Grow up and let it go, when spoofing is gone the game is not coming back from the dead again. And that's how your channel dies also. I reached level 30 without spoofing and without even investing 1 real euro in this game. Imagine how that went, yea really slow. Yet, I have been spoofing for about a week now. It's fun to catch pokemon that you would never find in your area, what is wrong with that? I cannot trade them or sell them and I don't take gyms either. So what's your deal?

Totally agreed, the Joystick version has much better game play, more enjoyable than the original. I wish Niantic would add the in-game Joystick tho but not the TELEPORTing, the teleport part is really hurt the Gym community now.

I had a couple of relevant questions I know every serious player would like to know; would you rather save a Pokémon with 75%-80% IV and both the best moves or a Poke with a 95% IV's and neither of the top moves? With so many new Pokes, storage is more relevant If you decide to save one of each gender for babies, one extra of each Poke you'd like for trade-bait etc

You will never stop spoofing. It's an impossible task. People will always find a loophole, shortcut, or glitch in the coding. And frankly, why shouldn't we always strive to find the path of least-resistance? It's a freaking awesome fact of humanity.

If you spoof in to your town just cause you can't get out of your house I get it, but if you can't get out of your house and teleport to a different city or even country it makes it really unfair for people who try to get out and can only go to your town so if you can't get out of your house and you do spoof just spoof in your town, I can get out of my house but where I live is really bad for Pokemon but that doesn't matter to me because I'm experiencing what I actually would catch not what I would catch in America. Brandon wasn't trying to offend anyone he just thinks that people who abuse this feature are bad.

The other night I was playing and going all over not only my town but the neighboring two towns. In all three areas there were level ten valor gyms and all of the same ten players were in these gyms with tyranitars, dragonites, blissey, every op Pokémon basically. To be fair these are kinda small towns but still my entire area that I play in has what is obviously spoofers loaded into these gyms. Its just unfair, i want to train in gyms but I just cannot beat all of these gyms. Hopefully this gets resolved soon

I understand that spoofing is a big problem and needs to be stopped; however there are very valid reasons why people spoof. I believe that everybody is obliged to do what they want to the app AS LONG as they are not taking down every gym in the world. People work hard on gyms and to teleport to a 3000 cp tyranitar and take down a level 10 gym with hacking is very scummy and annoying.

I 'spoofed' (with an emulator) for about 3 hours during the first month of Pokemon go on a different account. It got pretty boring, so it wasn't a huge loss when I was caught for it. There was no challenge standing in a highly lured area, where dragonairs spawned and rattatas didn't exist.I can definitely see why people would do it, and I feel like it's not a huge issue unless they're taking over gyms and holding them.

Come to DFW, we get tons of rare Pokémon around here. Last week there were 3 Togetic in Fort Worth at the same time.
if you end spoofing, end poketrackers. the fact that someone lives in california and can drive around catching super rare pokemon feels unfair to those living in rural areas. I feel that spoofing is unfair but niantic should have made a better game. Some people including myself have played since the first week of release and have yet to even see some gen 1 pokemon, while people in california go to the beach and catch everything. Blame niantic for making a fun game but one that has horrible gameplay if that makes sense.
Okay this is kind of off topic but about 5 minutes ago I opened up the app and saw a Togetic nearby! I ran as fast as I could to catch it and on the way caught my first ever Cyndaquil!! After successfully catching both of them I walked back to my house and an Alakazam appeared on the nearby...... I was freaking out and the best thing was I caught all of them :D

What they need to do is even out the amount of spawns and pokestops everywhere in the world.. or at least make super rare spawns like tyranitar or amphoros appear somewhat more frequently in rural areas...
I enjoy Pokémon go and spoof for a good reason. See if people miss a limited time Pokémon I go and catch them for when trading comes out I'll give it to the people who miss them.
Whenever you hit up North Carolina I'd say downtown Durham is the best place to go but Raleigh and Greensboro are also good but not as good.

Mystic 7 please don't hate me for this but I spoof only because I have a iPod touch and it's impossible for me to walk around😫, I have never taken down any gyms so to those who don't take down gyms and just spoof because they can't walk props to you. If you agree with me please spread the word😉
I don't spoof but I know that people need to. In my case it is very hard to get pokestops and gyms as the closest pokestop Is 2 miles away from me. it frustrates me that people spoof when they don't need to. Hopefully the update does something to end this problem.
here is a question: I live in a rather unpopulated area, and I can only dream of spawns that you get every day, because nothing rare spawns in my area. What do you think niantic can/should do to make pokemon go easier, better, and more fun for people who do not have access to the good pokemon spawn spots?
@Mystic7 I understand how you would be against spoofing. You have to understand though not everyone has a place like Santa Monica Pier near them. I do think if your going to spoof do it in your area. Do not use coordinates like FSUATL to get any Pokémon, I do have a problem with that. I also encourage to not take down gyms. It damages the way the game is played. Does anyone agree?

There is a way to record your screen on iPhone, I use the AirShou app. You may have to re download it several times as sometimes the certificate is revoked and you have to redownload the app
