I cook sweet potatoes in the microwave for pies. I enjoyed the video! I think I'll still microwave the sweet potatoes let them cool, then chop them. Looks yummy!

Yes, I like black pepper but the kind of chicken we get in India needs to be soaked in spices, ginger, garlic, etc, only salt and pepper is no no.....but. pls, try tandoori or SA Nando's for more oomph! I'm totally making this tonight! But just from a chef's perspective, please don't wash your chicken. It only increases the risk of spreading pathogenic bacteria inside your sink on your countertops. Salmonella-causing bacteria will be killed once the chicken is cooked through to a temperature of 165 degrees F.
