This is not how we Cajuns typically make a crab/crawfish/shrimp boil. We don't make a court bouillon because that gets done by default in the process. We add the veggies (onions, garlic, lemons etc) to the water. The seasoning used is a liquid crab boil product that gives the dish the spicy flavor. A seafood shrimp boil will Not contain sausage and normally the shrimp are not peeled.

This is with shrimp but other seafoods could be used, like lobster? or more than one seafood.....
