Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago, when i lost my wife I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. Not until my son recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Thank you for sharing this point!

Never run water over mushrooms what that does is damage them. Get whole mushrooms and get a soft bristle brush and gentle clean the frills to get the dirt and anything else out of them. Then cut out the stalks depending on the mushroom and save them for stocks and broths. Now peel the mushrooms.

Yes. It really depends on the dish. A mushroom risotto is an example, especially if it also has sausage or borlotti beans. Very traditional Italian recipes.

    Never wash mushrooms with water

  • @leonardgenovese7726

A few comments. Number one. Never add oil at the start of sautéing mushrooms. Why, because the mushrooms will release their water. You know the old saying, oil and water don’t mix. You will get a lot of spatter. Let them brown first in a dry pan till the water evaporates. Second. You stated that mushrooms are like sponges and will absorb all the oil. So why would you take mushrooms home and wash them in water? You are just adding more water when you don’t need it.

I think you did an excellent job. Your volume was a lil low, but I heard what you were saying. In addition, I cooked some organic millet brown rice noodles and cooked down my mushrooms with the liquid or sauce and poured my mushrooms over the noodles and that was one quick healthy delicious meal. Next time I will add onions and spinach. Yummy!
