Would love your recipe for the ice cream. I have the Ninja as well. Good job Tammy. I have lost 20 pounds but prior to counting macros I had lost around 10 pounds much slower. I am at my first goal weight but onto the last 5 to 10 pounds as a safeguard. Luv ya. ❌⭕️❌⭕️

Keep posting these, please! I love finding more ideas on how to add protein into my diet! So terribly needed as I am thin and 75 and trying to keep muscle!! My worst problem is I’m never hungry.. I eat one meal then forget to eat until I realize it’s been hours! Your ideas have sparked my interest in certain food combos to really help add in what I need…and keep eating!! I try for no less than 30 grams protein 3 times a day and 3 10 gram snacks--at the LEAST! Today I’m cooking a bunch of chicken breasts to have on hand for wraps and salads! Plus now I set alarms on my phone for reminders to eat and a “last chance” to eat time in the evening!😂 Thanks for the tips!!

Great video! Very motivating! People here are using Wegovy or the Optavia food system. Neither are sustainable! I ate on your plan and exercise today! My issue is my husband but he needs to lose too! So far he’s eating with me. Don’t have a clue what he eats at golf course! Do you prepare different meal for Lou?
I agree! My friend has lost 110 lbs in a yr. on Optavia. It was painful to watch her starve over the course of a yr! She now looks sickly and weak and I can tell she's lost a lot of muscle mass. Time will tell if she can maintain. I'm 50 yo. and need to lose about 30 lb but it's so hard since going thru menopause and having hypothyroidism 😰

How do you figure out the micros in your foods?
all serving sizes are on the back of any package in grams, I use a food app on my phone to log it all
There is a little snack that I like called "Under Cover Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Quinoa Crisp." Only 30 calories!
