Thanks for this. I'm working on historical videos.. personal documentary style.. the challenge I find is just how time consuming this is.. interviews to organize and collate.. broll to film or find.. research to do.. I nearly have to work away for a year on one video! The scripting idea may be a way I can save a tonne of time! Thanks for all the tips!
I Think Your Next Guest Should Be (Ed Lawrence) From Film both. Mainly For Three Reasons. 1) He Have A Very Big Sea Of Knowledge When It Comes To UA-cam. 2)Because He Have A Very Big Sea Of Knowledge, ( It Can Be Helpful For You Too, He Might Give You Some Personalised Feedback For Your Channel) 3) It Will Be Helpful For Us (Audience). .... Btw : This Episode With George Blackman Is Gold. Wholeheartedly Thank You Craig Hewitt.
Dude there were some gems in here 💎 The parts about the tension then resolution, and the wave flow etc. And then the transcript stuff. Dude. I thought this channel would have 10-100k subs.
I see scripting a bit like prep before cooking. You can wash and chop up each item when you need it, but if you spend time to wash and chop everything before you start cooking, the actual cooking goes so much faster.
Did you use Zoom to bring George and yourself together on this screen? I'm trying to figure out the tech tools, bcos I'm planning to have guest speakers to come on board as I create videos for my channel too! :) And I absolutely love the contents of this video- THANK U!
Great video! As a scriptwriter, i could listen to George all day. Just wish i could afford his course.
Agree, George is masterful at this. I learned so much from our conversation.
less than 15 minutes in... brilliant! Thanks so much for such great insights.
