11:00 - do it for yourself is one of the best pieces of advice I took. As a UA-cam producer, the first thing clients look at is either: 1 - who you've worked for (and what's their subscriber count) or 2 - Where's your channel (and what's your subscriber count). When I created my own UA-cam channel, It enabled me to see the true value of owning a UA-cam account, there was so much money/opportunity to generate which helped me realise how much money I was leaving on the table in sales calls.
Happy to find you right at the start of your new channel launch, guys. Multiple channel media business now but need as much knowledge and such as to 'make it' in consulting and bringing in teams. ...ok, I'll get to listening now. 👍
When I saw the announcement on tweeter sorry X😂, I became the 67th subscriber, I've learnt a lot from you guys there, i am so happy and excited to see what this journey will look like. I'm trying to build a business in the podcast industry.. so remember me. We'll work together soon ❤❤😋 Btw awsome insights, love the podcast ❤
Really enjoyed the podcast. Thanks. Would be interested to listen to a series that of episodes that goes chronologically through the creation of a new UA-cam channel and features (ie newsletter) added and when to build the business
This was great!! The best takeaway I got from this was the outreach strategies related to creator size and your own portfolio Small to medium creator, small portfolio? Offer to do something with low lift Big creator, small portfolio? Do the work in advance and present it to them (OR contact someone on their team, like their producer)
Excited for the future of this podcast!
