At Sagamore Spirit, we are driven to craft the world's best rye whiskey, while strengthening our collective communities. This includes building partnerships with the Maryland agricultural community and working with local farmers to grow and harvest grain. These relationships further our goal of using Maryland-grown rye in our products and helps local farmers expand their business. Watch our Farm to Table video to learn more about this initiative.
Our American Rye Whiskies have earned more than 200 awards internationally, including World's Best Rye Whiskey in 2019 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Each one of our products is proofed with pure, limestone-filtered water from our Spring House built in 1909. It's why each bottle bears a special 1909 marker. Our core offerings, Signature Rye Whiskey, Cask Strength Rye Whiskey, and Double Oak Rye Whiskey, are distributed globally. We launched our first Maryland Distilled Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey in November 2021. Visit our award-winning, five-acre waterfront distillery located in the Baltimore Peninsula neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland.

Got the double oaked, need to pop it soon. Maybe you should come over and we can do a a fresh crack!
Sounds good. 👍🏼
Haven’t had a Sagamore rye in probably 5 years. Anywhere as good as Michter’s or JD’s offerings?
No. Not even close.
@@HOUSEBOURBON I think that might be why I haven’t had one in so long.
Is the double oak worth it?
For $60 it’s “worth” a try. It’s a bit different as it’s a blend of ryes and DO. Nice chocolate notes. But for that price your about a Rare Breed Rye or like you say JDSBBPR which are better. But I like to change things up. So it’s a good one to have on the shelf.
@@HOUSEBOURBONDave- drinking my first Sagamore DO on your recommendation and hell yes, it is delicious. On my 5th of the evening bc it’s hitting just right. Cheers, mate!
@@HOUSEBOURBON Frankly, I much prefer Sagamore’s offerings to Michters. Michters is good, but overpriced, imo.
