@@sampsonikpo7417 I would imagine using frozen cheddar cheese sticks in place of Mozzarella cheese sticks would work just fine. I don't know if the different cheeses have different melting points, but I don't think it would make that much of a difference.

Thanx for that freezer tip!!! Btw, is it necessary to mix bread crums w panko? My roommate doesn't like spicy stuff and that's the only type I have...but I have regular panko...Sooo...IS JUST PANKO ALRIGHT???

Sure it is okay! Breadcrumbs are finer so when you mix them you get better coverage. You could maybe crush some extra panko and then mix it together

For the Pampered Chef Air Fryer you just select Air Fry. I believe that is pre-set to 350⁰

In my air fryer, you don’t have to add oil to it. I made avocado fries like a few days ago and they came out perfectly brown on the top and the bottom. I didn’t have to shake it I didn’t have to flip them but then again, I got the top-of-the-line air fryer the Cosori duel blaze i’m gonna do the same thing with this recipe. I’m not gonna flip them or add oil, but I’ll let you know how they turn out
