- Homemade mozzarella sticks should absolutely be the alpha and omega of cheesy recipes. This is my iteration with 3 different options for the classic fried cheese. While technically only one is a classic mozzarella stick, they all have the same spirit.

I'm a self taught home chef. I have never followed a recipe in my life. I just eyeball until I end with a result I'm pleased with. To be honest, I've learned a lot of my base doughs from you. I just add or subtract to reach the goal I desire. You're very inspirational. You helped me realize, I dont hate tomato sauce, I hate store bought. I cant tell you how much your videos have helped me grow. I no longer buy bread, I ONLY make my own artisan bread!!! Thank you for all the help you've given me!!!

Joshua: First you want to go out on sea with a bucket, collect 5 gallons of seawater, use your handy-dandy water evaporator and get three grams of *PURE* seasalt.
You would get ~663 g of salt from that much water, dependig on how close you are to the sea it might be worth it lol

That was, without a doubt, the best B Roll you've ever done! And regarding fried mozz stick, have you ever seen the suggestion of wrapping the cheese stick in a spring roll wrapper, then breading and frying it. Supposedly, it seals in the cheese extremely well. I'm trying it as soon as I can find some of the goldanged wrappers!

I made these today! They turned out awesome!
At first, while making them i was kinda disappointed cause the egg seemed to slip off the flour in some places and thought that i would have some spillage during frying, but, the double coat did help actually. So, I, proudly, report NO SPILLAGE during frying. They turned out great! I used chicken curry mix in my bread crumb (we don't have panco in my country). Everyone loved it!
A piece of advice. Be careful with the oil temp! They brown lightning fast!
I made the traditional cheese sticks with the homemade ranch sauce and it was unbelievable (mine came out a bit gigantic so I need to cut the mozzarella blocks a bit smaller but other than that - I was quite impressed that I was able to do it). Thanks for this awesome recipe!

That wheel is like $100 and it's a pretty massive wheel. You can do this smaller scale with the wheels that are $8-12 depending on their diameter. Josh Flexed, sure, but Brie isn't That expensive, especially not when the video features caviar.

Ranch is a Midwestern (and Texas too, apparently) Mother Sauce.
