Perhaps an event controller that stiffens the suspension at speeds would help with oncoming hills and sensors detecting when all 6 suspensions are active so they can tighten to help with bottoming out when landing from a jump
Truth, this and something to detect altitude, the further from the ground, the more strength. During this video i set it up as soft as possible for demonstration purposes
I have not played Space Engineers in a long time, but I'm glad to see stuff like this is still being made. The Baserunner is probably one of my favorite vehicles in video-games. Just that utilitarian, work-horse look is very appealing.
yeah, front wheels needs a bit more clearance and strength, but even with all those small crashes, its cosmetic front damage, the suspensions take a massive beating without failing or loosing a wheel
Should try and set it up how bypass shocks work in off road racing. Sense your using rotors, you could use an event controller to stiffen the suspension at full droop, (tire off the ground) And as they approach full compression, to prevent bottoming out.
I don't use the mod tho, i just use buildvision and the attach function, but im guessing it's the same thing, i also have a rotor suspension bundle on my workshop for convenience

Can't wait too see it finished.
Same!

I love it myself! It's an amazing piece of tech
Oh, that is gorgeous.
I think we need to raise the wheel height a little more

Bro we need to collab, I've been working on suspension designs like this for ages. The rotor heads on wheels mod is so underrated.

Id love to see some of your work

@@Kennet0508 I sent you a friend request on steam mate, can't DM on here for some reason.
Looking good as always!
Is this purpose made or do you have a general script?
Neat thing, this. Good job, going well. How are you turning the wheels if they are on subgrids? Just a mod?
