Im so sorry about your wife! I had a lumbar puncture last year for a meningitis test for migraine with vision loss, which came back negative. My symptoms were idiopathic, so there was no treatment option for me. The headache after the procedure lasted longer than the migraine and was worse. My heart goes out to your wife and you! I hope she feels better soon.

On a side note, I've had two trips myself to emergency over the last 3 week period with tachycardia at rest ( Heart rate of 150 bpm sitting at my desk working on computer, no fever ) with no known cause. I do have an underactive thyroid but this type of thing would usually be a symptom of an overactive thyroid. They haven't linked my tachycardia with my thyroid, but it might be wise to consider, and I'm sure they already have, looking at her thyroid & TH3 / TH4 levels.

familly is always on the first place no matter what, good you point your irl problems out so the audience can aknowlage it, even if you didn't do it there was something wrong and people find about later so good thing you let them know what it is, its hard to be focused on something when you know someone deer to you suffer and always be there for them as much as you can. I was in hospital in my country 2 years ago and i was so bad in few days i got from worse to i can't stay to piss on my feet anymore so i was in a hopsital more then 3 weeks, away from home, familly, work, any activit outside... i did have something of covid combined with a pneumonia and all day long i was spitting in the hospital room sink half nasty black-ish blood and infectious spit... nasty af... they treat me for covid but didn't see any results bcz there was this pneumonia also and i ask the Dr. to check on my stats again bcz i don't feel any results but feeling worse then ever... she started to give me almost the duble of the dose of medicamentations and i sign in that i am aknowlage about the potential risk whitch can destroy my organs... but i manage to somehow drag my arse for 3 weeks and released after a hell of month whitch i don't wish to nobody to be in. Your wife will feel better if the right Doc. is there to care for her, first week is what is more hard to deal with then its slowly become better as it can get tho. GL and happy health to you and your familly, Health is the most important thing in this world as time itself.
I don’t rarely comment, so this comment prolly won’t hold much weight, but know that we all understand and put family and real life over everything(and not priorities oughta be checked.).
Keeping your family and your sanity in my thoughts, tho prolly not worth much as my thoughts are a jumbled mess 😆. Sending good vibes and energy to your wife as she is dealing with this. The “Not Knowing” is always so much more strenuous it seems than just knowing… and when you have the best of the best and there next best unable to tell you what is going on, it’s terrifying and exhausting… As exhausted and wore out as you are, just try to keep that positivity and happy energy you are known for flowing and constant, it’ll be the most important and beneficial thing for your wife right now, as well as keeping your youngins on that same frequency, don’t forget how insightful and intuitive young ones are, tho chaotic and unsure there interpretations maybe, they need reassurance and steadfastness “barbarian-esque” just as bad as the adults need it. I think you are doing a fantastic job, in the real world as well as a content provider. Just keep that positive energy vibing like that annoying Undying Rage and you’ll be 100% on beneficial effects.(pre strifed).
I hope Doctors figure out the symptom soon and treat your wife. Praying for her speedy recovery. 🙏

I went through exactly what your wife is going through about 25 years ago. It took them 3 days and multiple doctors. It was a bacteria in the same family as rocky mountain fever. I spent a week in ICU and a week at home. They need to get and bacterial specialist to test her spinal fluid.
