    So true about when you delete the time consuming apps and find other apps to consume that time. It's lowkey inescapable and takes so much willpower to not get distracted

      YES I was so surprised at how I immediately went looking for another app to browse on when I deleted IG/Tikok!! Setting the app limits has been helping me be a lot instead of relying on willpower alone! Especially those lazy mornings where I just want to scroll around in the morning 😅

      Hahah thanks for being here Zac 😌 I still notice the urges arise but with the app limits set, I'm like "oop I'll just go on later" and forget about it!
