That you used several different methods is interesting. And I think those items that make you more thoughtful in your own giving make a big difference in your life and the lives of your family and friends. We go for experiences more than stuff. My sisters and I have a pact that we give each other something hand crafted instead of purchased. The hand crafted component makes the gifts much more meaningful. My closet is out of control, made worse by the fact that both my hubby AND myself are hoarders of a kind. And now that he's gone, I need to go through so much stuff and decide what will happen to it. But as I told a friend, I think about doing it and come up with a plan and in thinking on it, part of my brain feels like it should be completed. Uck.

I absolutely LOVE this. Now that I work from home full time, I’ve noticed an increase in my anxiety when I go out by myself. It’s a reminder that I need to spend more time with myself and feel comfort with my own company. It’s like working out! I’m sure it’ll get more comfortable once I get into the habit of doing it more. Hi Rena! Kudos to you for doing Koko head! I liked your reflection questions.. I think I’ll rewatch this and sit down with my journal next time. 🙂 I take myself to a place with animals and sit with my thoughts and focus on my new furry friends. 😊 Humane Society, Petsmart (Poi Dogs and Popoki is responsible for the adoptable cats), or adoptable cat cafes. I also go to the library to check out books and make sure to talk story with the librarians when I check out. They’re always friendly and great at making recommendations! I also add to my collections by visiting anime, kpop, and stationery shops. Sometimes I take a photo of what it is I want (like window shopping) and I print it and put it in my notebook when I get home. 😂 I used to go to dance classes and yoga classes alone and those were so awesome for me. I am normally introverted but for some reason I give myself permission to pretend to be an extrovert in those spaces. I hope to someday go back when I live closer to town. 😌 One of my favorite things is treating myself to new experiences. Like how you tried yoni steaming. Thanks for reminding me that the temporary discomfort can be worth it! :)
