The carts are so small you can carry 24 games in a case the size of your phone.

As I got older, I started to not want to bother with physical copies anymore. It's way more convenient especially on a handheld to have all your games stored on your system. Box art is all generic now, and theres not even manuals anymore. People say "oh well you can keep them forever" but I always ended up selling my physical copies of games anyway. And it's not like I ever got any good money for them. Digital is just easier or more simple for me nowadays.

If there’s a song, movie, or gane you want but the owners decide to pull it from your region or from existence you can no longer access it. Have a physical copy and there isn’t much companies can do.

I get your point but I like physical because it gives me something to show for my games and if I want to I can resell them.
Digital is stupid. They also need to bring back physical games that are 100% ready to play as soon as you insert it, without the need for an internet connection, that way you truly own it.

I think I only end up getting any of my switch games digital if it’s on a discount or if ik the physical doesn’t come with a game cartridge but I make exceptions if I want to collect the case for it. Any other time I’m at GameStop using points and trade ins to lower the price. I honestly can’t remember the last time I paid full price for any game I bought and I’ve even gotten full price games for free. With that power, I almost lost myself
I like being able to share my games. Could never go full digital with my switch. If there's a physical copy, that's what I'm buying.
