Easy shortcut sheet pan meatloaf with a BBQ glaze. Using Stovetop stuffing, this meatloaf recipe is a real time saver. Also, the large surface area of the sheetpan give a special touch by glaze covering more of other meatloaf. It's a nice way to turn a slice of leftover meatloaf into a fully glazed meatloaf sandwich. I've never tried meatloaf in a sheet pan, I'll have to give it a try, I think Meatloaf is my husbands favorite meal, for me, I prefer it the next day as a sandwich. Thanks for sharing Kathy, it sue looks delicious.

we make our meatloaves shallow so they cook faster , similar to the sheet pan idea. Yours looks yummy Kathy. The stovetop idea is genius and would work well, I think, for a Ground Turkey meatloaf.

I love meatloaf that looks really good never made it in a sheet pan like that before stove top stuffing mix is a great way to make meatloaf I do it once in awhile the best part of meatloaf is a cold leftover meatloaf sandwiches in the morning 😃

I think I love you! My Grammy (lived in Hecktown) use to make this!! She used rice, oats, or cornflakes instead of the stuffing (and milk not water). I have not thought about this in YEARS!!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I cut it into even squares before I put it into the oven, that way each piece shrinks evenly. Also, after it cools I wrap each slice in wax paper and freeze them in a ziploc bag - then I can have a slice of meatloaf whenever I want - it's sooooo gooooood.

That meatloaf needs more fat. Sub milk or cream for the water to help that really lean hamburger from drying out so bad. Great idea tho. I’m going to use stuffing next time I make a meatloaf!! 😁
