As always thank you for mentioning Chyna in such high regard. It's kind of funny, Jarrett put her over back in the day(and I think the money was more about what he felt was owed rather than because of gender). He put her over again in her swan song. I wish people talked more about her accomplishments.
Had no idea of any bar the Bashams and that’s only because of OSW. Made me smile to see that Chyna went out a winner considering everything. Even nicer still to see that Jarrett did the job one more time for her.
I got to not only meet and work with Chyna, but have lunch with her, too. She came in as a last-minute replacement for a "star" who suddenly needed to go to rehab, on a low-budget movie that I worked on. She was incredibly polite, respectful, and professional. She showed up early, and asked if someone could rehearse with her, as she'd only gotten the script the night before. She genuinely wanted to do a good job for us. At lunch, I sat with her and we chatted about her wrestling days, the fact that she'd recently worked out a deal to use "Chyna" again, and even took the blame for her falling out with WWE. The woman I met that day was sweet. A real class act. It's a shame that she couldn't shake her demons.
I remember Chyna being in TNA for a cup of coffee. And I was in my mid 20's when Nikita Koloff unmasked on TNA. I remembered when he was in Jim Crockett Promotions and then WCW.
In a vacuum, TNA had some great moments. If you look past all the politicking of Hogan et al and putting over the over the hill talent, lots of great wrestling moments and ideas came from that era.
As harsh as it is to say the fact Kurt didn’t die in TNA is kinda a miracle. When he left the WWE he was abusing painkillers and all in all it probably was good he left when he did. But he’s spoken about how in TNA he began to abuse alcohol and Xanax on top of painkillers which is what led to four DUIs while he was in TNA stemming largely from mixing alcohol and Xanax. Abusing all of that stuff at once is a path to tragedy. And you also have to always consider that if he was caught with four DUIs in seven years how many other times was he driving in that state and he wasn’t caught? The fact he never hurt himself or somebody else driving is almost a miracle. But if you’re abusing that many things you’ll gonna look awful
The only two I knew about were The Bashams and Chyna. I only knew about the Bashams because OSW mentioned it during the Black Reign arc and Chyna because someone else (either MarkyD or Top10Wrestling, one of the two channels that are primarily TNA-centric that I watch) did a video on it.
Dixie Carter going through a table in 2014 was awesome that's the only good thing about her run in impact Wrestling she was just a Stephanie McMahon Rip-off and I don't remember Mike Awesome's TNA Run I might watch NWA-TNA episodes.
You also forget Christie hemme brought in the phi Delta slam TNA could have done more with some of the ex wwe crew or even put over the rain maker kazucha okada
TNA is why i like that Tony Khan only signs WWE guys that are really good for the most part. I do think the roster way too big right now. Other than that they stay away from pretty a large amount of talent during the massive roster cuts the last couple years. I should say despite my TNA criticism I did watch it from its TV debut until Hogan came in and it took a massive dive. I loved the x-division guys and that they actually had some pretty good tag teams.
Right when you're about to say duggan teamed with that noise covers it up so I can't honestly hear if you're saying hound dog or moon dog spot, which it is moondog
Your incorrect sir. I knew about all of these. Then again, I watched a lot of TNA wrestling back in the day before it became a shell of a company. That said, it does seem to be making somewhat of a resurgence into relevancy.
After watching dark side of the ring they really screwed Bart with that boxing thing. They should have given him a fair push like they said they would after him winning.. not having him fight a professional boxer who also is a knock out artist. Pretty ridiculous.

Chyna is a Legend
Chyna is truly one of the best women that broke barriers in the wrestling industry, I truly admired her work back in the day.
@@aprentissdaye me too man
Yeah it was purely money he never had an issue doing the job for Chyna
Why?
Fun Chyna TNA fact, her theme was recycled into a poppier version and used as Taryn Tarell's theme a few years later

Sylvester Lefort and Marcus Louis from NXT we’re The Tribunal with Al Snow in 2016
You can't disparage my boy Doug Basham like that!
Danny...alright I'll give you that one
Go pick a fossil
Chyna is lovely in real life
RIP Chyna
I haven't thought about Moondog Spot in at least 30 years. Thank you!
TNA Was My Wrestling Promotion People may've had ROH or NJPW but I stuck with TNA through and through
In a vacuum, TNA had some great moments. If you look past all the politicking of Hogan et al and putting over the over the hill talent, lots of great wrestling moments and ideas came from that era.
I quit during Aces and eights
Let's never forget broken Matt
Man, Kurt Angle looked rough in TNA. I´m glad he is healthy now.
Perc Angle was some top shelf stuff. Glad he did clean himself up, one of the greats.

Don't worry we can still have that much overdue Smokin Gunns reunion in AEW. Uncle Bart is now all elite
As long as Butterbean doesn't show up
Rip joanie laurer
Early TNA was the real forbidden door
tbh. sunny an umaga were a great tag team. wish we got more
given how much you talk about the Japan market, do you think you could do some top ten videos of the Japanese wrestling scene?
I think they have issues with NJPW copyright claiming their videos, I know Sam has mentioned it before
@@S1XMedia Yeah, NJPW loves to copyright strike videos on UA-cam. It's been mentioned on other wrestling channels.
Man I remember all of them. So you owe me a cookie
Make that two cookies.
@@Ayekay403 No. Make it three.
@@K-dawg26 No. Make it four!
Make it 10 since you remembered all 10 of them.
I’ll give you a cookie crumb 😅

Vader and SCORPIO had GREAT matches in NOAH !!!!
And sometimes, it's probably better that way.
Rikishi was also in TNA as Junior Fatu for very short time.
Dixie Carter going through a table in 2014 was awesome that's the only good thing about her run in impact Wrestling she was just a Stephanie McMahon Rip-off and I don't remember Mike Awesome's TNA Run I might watch NWA-TNA episodes.
poor Bart. gets punished for something that he was good at
Dungan somehow earned yous a thumbs up 👍
The road warriors were in tna but not that long
It’s hard to believe that Moondog Spot died a few months later after the match with Dugan.
God I miss Chyna, I loved her so much for showing that a female can do anything a male can do, yes im a guy, but I hate bigots
This is MarkyD Hawk shuvitsquad content.
You also forget Christie hemme brought in the phi Delta slam TNA could have done more with some of the ex wwe crew or even put over the rain maker kazucha okada
good video

Everybody wrestles everywhere these days...
Mike Sanders was on an episode of Modern Family

Man I miss prime time tna. If only it could be half as good
Gene snitsky oh yeah part of dixie carters group
I... did not know this!
Haha
As a kid I 100% thought TNA was a part of WWE and was just where the old wrestlers went so they didn’t have to travel as much lol
Sonny “don’t look at my ass” Siaki!!!!
In short: in 2003.
King Ross
Jim Neidhart is another example
Chyna also wrestled with some snakes and clams on the side.
thanks!
Rip Eddie fatu
Hardcore Holly had a strange One Night Only ppv appearance in 2015(?). Crappy tattoo and all.
I knew every single one of these
Test showed up for one match in TNA looking even more roided up than he did in WWE.
I was actually excited to see Chyna again sadly it wasn't great
Chyna left in 2001 not 2003

Trent Barreta
Tony Nese
How is Test not here?
Noam Dar
I've never been so early
Same could be said about Aew hiring ex wwe guys 😂 😭
Interesting.
Really funny. I have seen WWE contact an been in a TNA ring. No shit.
so early, I am the only comment on here
Rip vader
I thought Chyna was wrestling snakes after WWE?
I don't even remember the basham brothers in WWE nevermind TNA
Jon Moxley
Wait wait wait.....I'm sorry, but when was Vader ever good.
Is this video a repeat?
number 1
Sorry but TNA pushed to many older, past prime wrestlers.
And that’s why they’ve almost gone out of business multiple times.
Shuv it!!
Ahhh yes Chyna had a few ummmm not so proud times
Omg
aew has taken over tna and will sign any ex wwe rejects 😂
Mickie James
yo
😤I hate video titles like this ya'll don't know what we don't know why even post a title like that I knew all 10 of them wrestled in TNA🙄
