I love how this channel has clear transparency with the modifications temperatures and all the good stuff us fast boys understand
So I show my accountant a.k.a. the wife so I’m allowed to buy car parts for my FL 5 😅
Glad you enjoy it!
thanks for documenting your track experience!
Good laps sir! Hope to see your next move soon!
How did the remark exhaust perform on track? How about the tone? Can’t wait to hear the review from you!
Compared to our previous exhaust set up the remark exhaust performance was way better. The car felt less restrictive and the tone isn’t obnoxious or droning like other exhausts. A++ for the remark exhaust
How do you keep the oil temps so low??
we are running a front mounted oil cooler to help with temps, not to mention this day the weather was in the low 60's. Once we get our normal temps out here in CA we will be able to provide better data.
@@vcdracing wheres the list of mods that you said would be in the description? :) Also I don't believe a front mounted oil cooler alone is keeping your temps that low regardless of the ambient temperature correct? From everything ive seen the HEL oil cooler seems to help a couple degrees but youre temps are kept way too cool for the oil cooler to be the only cooling mod...
Couple of things to note here. Cool day, Temps shown at the end of the session aren't what peak temps were on track. If you pause the video you can see 233F for oil on the screen and finally... Laptimes, they matter when you're talking about what heat the car is generating. For example a stock FL5 can do a 1:22 around streets of Willows.
@@da-yh3uy are you asking about coolant temps or oil? We run a CSF radiator, and a HEL oil cooler for oil. And @gridzilla is correct on track we pushed about 233-239 oil temps but coolant was at 199-201.
@@GridZilla Thanks for noting that, you are correct the info I was providing was after my sessions. I believe our temps on track was 233-239 during the session.
