I never get this logic. The whole point of subtitles is to show what they are saying in words, if when they speak in another language and they want you to know what they are saying then there will be subtitles as part of the video itself. Turning on subtitles won't mean you get to understand a language you don't speak because that's not what they are for.
In that part chris says that he always wanted to have sex with tom, I don't know if you still want to know what it says but I hope It was helpfull

I think there's an scp that dispenses drinks like this already. I just don't remember what its number is. The main notable thing it did was make a drink with God's blood. It caused the person who drank it to immediately kill themself because he knew everything from then on would be a disappointment
