Well, traditionally and properly, it is. But industrial meat processors often use chicken 'cos it's cheaper. Cram enough seasoning in there and no-one will notice!

I feel this kind of Sale should exist Daily like a Normal Foodshop, because it is a type like "having Something to Eat". Maybe as a "Later" kind of Food.

Maybe example if walking around to play games, a relaxing moment then buy a drink and sit kind of food.
If not cutting it then wrap then at customer's eyes still new is better maybe? If abt sponsored meal, maybe 1 aside for eating?
Then during the sale, a green light when it is ready-cooked? Just ideas. When not ready maybe orange light? Every spin of it can actually create electricity for light supply.

Why workers are lifting those heavy wrapped pieces of kebabs and pulling x hundreds kg pallets with hand truck rather than electric... Surely health & safety procedures could be improved
The absolute biggest one is probably 20kg. Thats reasonable if you’re only lifting them occasionally, not all day everyday. 25Kg is the max weight you’d expect to have to carry in a factor sort of setting. As for the big boxes on hand carts, those carts are incredibly effective. You could easily move those boxes around like they’re nothing (provided the floor is clean and level.) It’s probably much safer to do it that way than it would be to have a forklift around in such cramped spaces.
