Uh nope. Shish kebab tastes better coz the fat & meat ratio is 50-50 & the main flavor comes from fat . Here I see only lean meat & very little fat maybe the ratio is 80-20 . So the taste will depend how good he knows his spices .
@@tomjary9284 you have no idea what your talking about, anyone I’ve ever taken out for Doner comes away saying it’s one of the best Turkish meals they’ve ever had in their entire life and I’m American
There are a few things you don't understand. First of all, not all fatty meat is delicious. If you feed the animal with unnatural feeds to prepare it for slaughter in a short time, the animal will reach the level to be slaughtered in a short time, but it will have more fat than meat and very fatty meat will not be tasty. I am not even mentioning that such meat is carcinogenic and harmful to human health. The oils you mentioned and the oils used in this food are different. For example, I feel sorry for you people who eat pork. Lard in particular is at least 500 times more harmful than fat from other animals! The human intestines cannot absorb lard and it cannot be stored in the body as human fat, it is stored as lard. Along with many other types of bacteria and parasites, especially tapeworms! There are more than one reason why the supreme being who produces our body orders us not to eat its flesh, but no one cares! The oil used in this dish is sheep's tail fat, which is natural and very beneficial for health!!! This food is made using 80% beef and 20% mutton. or 90 - 10%. Almost all of the sheep in your countries have been genetically modified. They have neither tails nor tail fat! Another element of flavor comes from resting the meat for a few days after marinating. As you can see, marinated and rested meats will separate on their own at the end of this period. Another flavor factor is that the sauce used in the marinade process is prepared with centuries of experience. spices are in this section. Another flavor factor comes from the fact that the animals from which the meat to be used is obtained are animals raised under natural conditions. Not animals fed with artificial food! The so-called cultured idiots who say that precautions should be taken and that people should switch to carcinogenic artificial meat instead of natural meat because they release too much methane gas into the atmosphere, make me burst into laughter. What will happen to these idiots who emit methane gas into the atmosphere by making sounds like ship sirens??? Do you think you can eat delicious food and stay healthy when such idiots are in your management team??? The last factor is the word kebab. Although the word originates from Semitic Arabic, it means fried meat. One of the most important things that give flavor to meat comes from cooking it at low heat for a long time, that is, frying it. The meat should be cooked slowly and thoroughly on all sides, including the inside. I see that they burn the meat with a very high fire and serve it to the customer. They don't fry the meat, they literally burn it. There must be a certain distance between the meat and the fire, so that carcinogenic substances do not form at the point of contact, and customers do not get cancer while trying to feed themselves!!! Even oils dripping on the fire cause the release of carcinogenic substances and even that smoke should not touch the meat!!! for they go and cling to the fire. Then they bring the person who eats it one step closer to getting cancer each time. Don't we know how to put it in front of the customer under the name of food by contacting it with intense fire? While everyone else prepares food instantly, we struggle for 4-5 hours because we are idiot, right??? what happens next? Communities that do not have 90% of this information claim that our dishes belong to them. There is a reason why our food and dishes come to mind first when Turkiye and Turks are mentioned! Be careful where and whose food you eat!

that is amazing. I had no idea that tomatoes and peppers were layered. In fact, the whole time I lived over there I had no idea it was stacked meat. I thought it was just a huge chunk of meat. What is in the seasonings that you are putting on the meat before layering..
In most countries outside of Turkiye it is processed leftover meat, meaning garbage. This is real döner. Btw, the tomatoes and peppers usually don't get put in the stack. It's his own lil touch, looks delicious, though. Here in the Netherlands, there are only a few places that sell real döner. Germany used to have a lot. But apparently, Germans are greedy and would rather pay a third less for a döner bread and eat garbage. The guy in Duesseldorf told me Germans are willing to pay 7 euros for 1, not 10. Hence why most sell garbage nowadays. I'd rather pay 10 and maybe eat less frequently if that's too expensive for people.
The man is an artist on the rotisserie! A maestro of rotating meat. A true Döner Da Vinci! All these crappy places in this country could learn a lesson from him instead of offering less quality for more money all the time.
