2014 WR450F REVIEW - Would I buy it again ???

Looking at getting a 2014 WR450F ?? Check out my warts and all review on mine and see if after 2 years, would I buy the same bike again? From things I love and hate to mods and more.

I’ve had four WR’s over the last seven years. Absolutely great bikes. I’ve done many organized events and they have never let me down. Solid and reliable bikes. I’ve got almost exactly the same setup as you with respect to accessories. Still have a 2010 to go along with my new Beta 300RR. Love em both! Cheers from North Eastern Ontario Canada.

Remember riding with a few guys on early 04 models long ago
We road a 250 km day - through lots of slow to medium pace tracks . What struck me with their bikes , was how much juice they used. I thought fourstrokes were supposed to be economical?? My exc250 KTM two stroke used a lot less on the day ; while riding alongside them

Yeah mate i 100% agree ! I eventually went with a IMS long range tank to combat the fuel consumption. Didn’t fix the problem just prolonged it haha

Hey what other bikes have you owned, I’m currently trying to chose between a suziki rmx450 , a ktm exc500 and a wr450

Great video mate and awesome bike. I've got a 2012 and it's great. 50-60ks per tank sounds pretty poor. Mine does far more than that on the stock tank. Also why is there no oil on your air filter?

I’ve head that from a few people with the same bike and not really sure what the go is to be honest. Not a big deal though. And definitely is oil on it mate just hard to see. It’s a blue colour and just hard to see on camera

@@AllAussieOutdoors Nice one. Can be the tune you're running as well. I think I've got a bush tune on mine so gives it a bit more low down. Phew looked like there was no oil on it 😂
