I did all of this at home with an oven, tweezers, phytagar, distilled water, and 70% alcohol. No need for autoclaves, glass pipettes, hot plates, metal spin thing I forgot the name of, and really over complicated stuff. I recommend the pdf plant tissue culture by the American Phytopathological Society.
They sanitized their hands, are working in front of a laminar flow hood, and have an open flame to keep the air sterile. Only thing I would suggest is that they never put their hands over whatever they are pouring. Otherwise all around good execution.

I don't believe that's air conditioner I believe that's a laminar flow Hood. It provides a steady stream a fresh air that has been through a HEPA air filter that removes bacteria viruses and other things.

I do pesticide development aimed at mammals as deterrent chemicals so some would see me as a bad person but it doesn't kill them, basically working on stuff thay would give mammals a bad trip.... lol not make them want to go back to that field or they forget where it was. burner is not suitable in hepa cabin... lpg leak may cause serious accident.. so switch to sprit lamp for sterilization
