- Building credit early will provide lower mortgage rate later on when you use your VA loan to buy a multi-unit property. Lower interest rate means you save money on a mortgage payment. Lower mortgage payment on a multi-unit means you make more money. It's that simple.

If there's no annual fee, I'm about it.
I have this one and I love it! I think I’ve made like +$100 in rewards in about 4 months for just using the cards. No annual fee is a plus
whats your opinion on Amex platinum credit card?
Worth it for some, but not everyone. If you travel a lot, use Uber a lot etc, it might be worth it. But if you're getting out soon and going to college, $500/yr ain't worth it in my opinion. I never got one.
Active duty military personnel get a annual fee waiver. I assume it would be the same for agr positions and if the guard/reserve person is on orders
