Katie Bayliss ok
I love these tours of properties I cannot afford , in truth 99% I would not even buy if I had the cash for one reason and another not my taste or style or whatever , but occasionally ...I see one and think WOW I want that home ....then go back to my everyday life in my little home that has taken me 30 years to get ...and realise how happy I am just being an ordinary Joe in something that I worked hard most my adult life for .
Amazing apartment and vlog! Keep doing more tours with Ryan!
*Erik* "I just got a mirror!"
*Ryan* "Yeah, we got 6"
loooooooollllll
One of my favorite listings if not MY favorite !
6:05 is that the guy from David's vlogs?
I just noticed it too lol
I was looking for someone else who noticed him too. I wasn't sure
@@a.martinez4312 has anyone found out yet lmao I swear its him
my leg aren't gonna be happy if i live here.
Ernest Jay that's why there is a elevator
You guys looked great filming this video for realz! Bromancing at its best. 😘
Please put this up on AirBnb. would love to rent it for day cause that's only what I can afford hahaha
I doubt you can afford to rent for a day. Similar homes rent for $12,000 a day in New York
A day yes. A week maybe not. I'd sacrifice my 1 month rent for 1 day in this house lol.
I would blow way too much money to experience new york this way. Please don't put it on airbnb. I don't have the self control
Tiffany Vanderbilt you have rent that’s 12,000 dollars a month?!?? JEESUS how rich are you lol
Why would you waste your money? Their is no need
They should’ve just turn the whole house into apartments. No one would one to live in a house where you have a section of a house in every floor
Agree. I have a hard time imagining someone actually wanna buy this... each room separately is obviously nice. But a section of the house divided onto 7 floors?! Unless you wanna work those buttocks and the highest private glass staircase in NYC is your best bet of achieving?!
this is actually called a NY TownHouse and NY has thousands of houses streaming on 4-8 floors. This house is actually cheap
Conover and Serhant. Like Jordan and Pippen. Magical
When you can't afford a 7 story townhouse, just say you're scared of heights :'D
I can just imagine me trying to discipline my future kids and they run to the 4th floor and I can’t catch them 😂😂
Erik, your videos are fantastic. Greets from France
Erik it looks like the first place you stayed in New York!
Dont think it deserves that price tag, I get that its in the middle of the town. But Zedd the artist has a cheaper house. by quite a margin; a whopping 4 million dollars cheaper. (If the currency is in dollars in this video). Zedd's mansion has a damn bowling alley. I think this deserves 5-10 million. Perhaps slightly higher.
Jasonz Supernova I do realize that also comes into play, however Zedd’s house also has a jaw dropping view.
check out deadmau5's house, 200 acres, 10000 square feet for 5 mil
Great job guys. More Ryan!
great, according my salary I can buy this apartment in approximately 300~ years! I am excited!
The more I watch these videos the more I realize I would never really want a house like that it’s too much
That Penthouse is so elegant 😍💕
The price is now 14,995,000$
danis corovic how do you know?
im not surprised
And it still isn’t worth it.
Sold!
Wow, this is so low price.
Your both are a fantastic duo! Never been into watching luxury tours/vids, but somehow UA-cam recommended this video and I am glad it did! Gorgeous place and fun video hosts! Subscribed to both! Looking forward for your vids guys! 🙌🏼🙏
I pass by this townhouse everyday and now I finally saw inside of it. I can't wait to afford one!
"sup bro pass the bubbles" xD
what an amazing review and collaboration
