I got this covered. 20 foods to gain weight for beginners 1. Pizza 2. Burger (try 2-3 if you can manage it. Might take some practice) 3. French Fries (between 50-100) 4. Hot Dog (at least 5) 5. Kebab 6. Curry (spicy works best) 7. Burrito 8. Steak (20-30oz) 9. Chicken Wings (10 minimum) 10. Ribs 11. Lasagne (more cheese the better) 12. Macaroni & Cheese 13. Fried Chicken (preferrably in bucket form) 14. Tacos (with extra sour cream) 15. Ice Cream (whatever flavour you like. They are all good) 16. Chocolate (without fruit or nuts) 17. Potato Chips (1 or 2 family size bags) 18. Whipped Cream (straight from the can is best) 19. Marshmallows 20. Coca Cola (2 litres a day) Let me know how you get on.
