      @@n0v494 AlphaDestiny calls them Hack Deadlifts, but they still work the quads.

    I always preferred the zercher squat actually. I actually just searched up this video to find out what it was called. It helps to have wraps when you are doing heavy weight.
    Also if you do it often your arms will toughen up and hurt less

    I only did low bar and now my glutes are WAY more developed than my quads. SWITCH IT UP!!

    Great video! One of my favorite things about the front squat is the intense core strengthening aspect of it. I would even argue that athletes outside of powerlifting/bodybuilding should prioritize the front squat (and to an extent, the Zercher squat) over the back squat.

    Might have to try the hack squat. I have osteoarthritis in my shoulders, so I can't reach the bar with both hands if it's at shoulder level

    Anyone who cues driving with the heels doesn't know squat. Your feet should have equal pressure through three points of contact, toes, outer foot, and heels. Treat your feet like a ratchet and try to twist them outwards like you do benching, or squatting, trying to bend the bar

    After perusing a few of these different videos on weight lifting I have noticed them recomending the front squat as safer, that must be why weight lifters are famous for being dumb. Duh lets put a heavy weight right in front of our trachea ffs.
