I wish they confirmed exactly what number Tualon was. Since it's never stated in this book I think it's safe to assume we may never get it. It would've been the perfect opportunity to do so, even if it was only briefly mentioned.
@@timothyblumensteel3333 I mean, we might not get it soon, but I think we will eventually. Remember, it took 6 years to find out Iskat's number. Eventually he'll pop up in another story

I'd also add that: - When Iskat first meets the Grand Inquisitor, he is wearing a cape, like he was in _Obi-Wan Kenobi._ - Darth Sidious encourages Iskat to hone the abilities "that some consider unnatural." - We see Iskat start her tradition of celebrating Jedi kills with a sampling of local drink. After killing three captured Jedi, she sits in their captor's chair and finds a glass of alcohol he'd left there, then sarcastically toasts the dead Jedi.
I really like all the connections to Brotherhood, because it makes it feel like the novels build of each other up more. All the planets from the other novels and even comics could've been replaced by the more prominent ones, but I'm glad they weren't. And it's the first time we see an Anzellan during the time of the Clone Wars.
I didn't know the Rancor tooth you can customize on your lightsaber in Survivor was actually a thing done way back in Legends, cool to know that was an actual thing & not just a fun customization option.
It seems the number of Inquisitors is continuing to grow larger and larger. Years ago i thought it was at best around 10 of them, but now it seems like maybe it could have been as high as 20 at least. Hopefully we get to see and learn more about the known and unknown ones backstories. Maybe we can learn more about 7 and 4th Sister (she still doesn't even have a confirmed death that im aware of.)
Did they also feature the Jedi council of reassignment for when iskat was sent on missions? I think it significant that adi gallia was involved so much in assigning missions to the new knights with yoda
Love the amount of Easter eggs Delilah Dawson has put into this book. Going to go and buy a digital copy to start reading this evening. I really enjoyed reading Phasma when it came out and I’ve got a feeling I’m going to enjoy this story as well
Any hints towards what the empire was doing with captured force sensitive children? I know it’s probably so dark we won’t get anything explicit, but I really wanna see Luke or Voss rescue them
SO many star wars books reference KOTOR,, I would love to see more star wars game references. I was secretly hoping as an inquisitor book we'd get a passing mention of a inquisitor named Jerec ;P
I think that's just a generational thing and it's kinda safer to reference a period thousands of years in the past than something from Legends 90s post-Endor period that has been overwritten with other content.
Cool to finally know Iskat's Inquisitor number, I have to wonder that every time they introduce a new one but don't give them a designation. She's actually the highest number Inquisitor so far so that's cool but I like that they're still keeping the group's numbers very tight lipped because it allows them to keep adding whenever a story needs a new dark sider. I've always said that but it keeps coming through the more Inquisitor stories we get I honestly doubt the Seventh Sister was Aayla's Padawan. She was an adult at the time of Order 66 as we see her when Palpatine introduces Vader to all the Inquisitors. She looked to be about the same age as Aayla so more likely they trained together as Padawans Ahsoka and Kelleran Beq are excellent choices for training partners. However, serious question: who in their right mind recommends someone train with Pong Krell!??!?! Jocasta, what have you been putting in your tea?! No wonder she fell to the dark side! Iskat throwing shade at Ferrix immediately makes her a GOATed Inquisitor. That gave me a good laugh.
I think the vision Iskat had of an acient throne room near the end of the book was the same Sith Eternal throne Luke saw in Star Wars 35 from a few months back.
The epilogue indicates he has one, but it isn't stated. The narrative is somewhat from Iskat's perspective, so he is always referred to by his real name, because of their personal history.
We have every number up to 13, except 11 and 12. Tualon is probably one of those numbers, and there's a free spot for a new inquisitor to be introduced
@@simonvigilgarcia2306 Wookieepedia already lists Iskat as the 13th sister, and Taualon as just his name, so we probably weren't given his rank in the book

You gotta do an updated All Inquisitors So Far video
I will say that this book at least makes that small arc in the Vader comic a million times stronger now, as initially I found it to be just there.
I wonder of the Red Blade is not just a reference to her red lightsaber, but that she is a living blade and with the red her skin is meant.
The Rancor Tooth hilt is also a reference to Young Jedi Knights. Tenel Ka built her saber inside a Rancor Tooth.
The coma bloom plant was a nice call-back to Plagueis which is one of my favorite Legends books.
I didn't know the Rancor tooth you can customize on your lightsaber in Survivor was actually a thing done way back in Legends, cool to know that was an actual thing & not just a fun customization option.
If Iskat can get a novel, I think a whole lot of other characters can do that too.

The rancor tooth straight from Tenel Ka's lightsaber.
Can we talk about the possibility of Iskat and her people being an offshoot of the Sith species from legends??
