I got the Vriska Terezi feeling from this too!
But I can also see it as a bunch of people I know personally...
Both are reasons why I enjoy blasting this at full volume!
That's why it's in my recommended because I've played Undertale (even though I've never read Homestuck, that's close enough I guess)

I always understood it as symbolic of how we want that little bit of light that would give up despite the crushing darkness and the shadows that follow us
It's impressive how much electricity related language there is in this song. Grounded, charge, conductive, light up, direction, imaginary... Okay, maybe I'm really reaching with the last two.

Besides singing well and be a mix of Indie Pop with Rock, she's a great songwriter, we can see how Light Up and Hey Alice, which are my favorite.
I believe A PRODUCER will discover it until 2017, and it will be a success in the music world with its unique and innovative style that makes you dance like an oddly CRAZY !!

It's actually all me :) The instruments are all synthesised, but I'll take it as a compliment that you thought I might be getting people in to play them. I play in the notes I want using a MIDI keyboard.
