I've been using the same since June last year, and still have some left in my bottles, haha. Like you, I've noticed a reduction in hair fallout, which I wasn't going for specifically but hey, I'll take it! Have you also noticed a lot fewer flyaways? I live in a humid area, so was really surprised at how well it keeps frizz at bay.
Is there anything specific you eat in the morning does hair have to do with health im syarting to eat lots of eggs and i heard thats a big part as well
I am sure diet plays a huge part in hair growth, skin health, etc. I do not do anything specific with my diet for hair growth other than taking a daily multivitamin.

If you want to give a genuine, non-creepy compliment, simply saying "your hair looks nice" is enough.
