Hi, I love your videos about your bunnies, I just subscribed. I have 3 rabbits who are not all bonded. I've been looking for a good set up for them and I love this idea. I'm just wondering if you came up with this plan/setup for the pen yourself? Also, do you think it would be cheaper for me to buy two dog pens and place them side by side? I don't think the dog pen would be stable though, my bunnies are escape artists.
@@victoriam2385 That depends on your area, and sometimes even the sex of your rabbit. My female Jack was $100 but my new male, Dobby, was only $60 but it was a different vet. Typically its around $85. You can call and get quotes from your local vets, and not all work with small animals like rabbits. Hope that helps!
No I dont believe it's cheaper but they have to see one another to bond. Plus, if they pee on the wood it will eventually smell. I also wanted good airflow so they dont get too hot. 😁
@@EdmundDesigns My mom wants our carpenter designer to make a bunny pen that's presentable indoors, and easy to clean. So kind of like an aquarium for bunnies.
@@EdmundDesigns ohh ok well that's fair enough. can I just ask where did you get the wire / wood panels from to make the run as id like to do something similar for my two? x
@@charliewilliamson8360 I got my wire from Walmart but any home or farm store will have it. The wood panel in the back was an old bi-fold door but a sheet of plywood would work as well. Try to avoid MDF board as they swell and degrade when wet. The trim for the panels are 1"x2" strips that can also be found at a home improvement store. Hope that helps 😁
YESSSSSSSS! This is the best style I’ve seen!
This is awesome :) i love it
Thanks so much!

what type of flooring do you use?
I used an old area rug to protect my floor. They had litter boxes as well
Is the chickens wire cheaper to do than say making the panels all wood? And maybe lighter if you need to move around?
